摘要： A fuse-equipped hermetic terminal includes: a housing provided with a hollow portion and a pair of through holes located with the hollow portion being interposed therebetween; a conductive pin extending through the housing via the pair of through holes and the hollow portion; and a pair of insulating sealing materials that each hermetically seal a gap between the conductive pin and a corresponding one of the pair of through holes. Each of the conductive pins includes an inner pin, an outer pin, and a fuse element that bridges between the inner pin and the outer pin and that is located in the hollow portion.

摘要： A circuit protection assembly (CPA) is disposed between a source of power and a circuit to be protected. The CPA comprises a mounting block having a bore extending therethrough and a recess cavity on a first surface of the mounting block. A post having a first end is disposed within the recess cavity and a body portion extends through the bore. The body portion configured to receive a terminal and the second end configured to receive a securing mechanism. A fuse having a centrally disposed aperture is configured to receive the body portion of the post and to receive the terminal for connection to a circuit to be protected. An insulator disposed on the terminal and disposed beneath the securing mechanism. The insulator configured to isolate the post from the terminal and the fuse while allowing the securing mechanism to apply an amount of torque.

摘要： An insulative fixing plate damaged when overheating limits two conductive elements from contacting with each other, forming a closed path, when overheating, opening two conductive elements by an elastic force to form an open circuit. Each conductive element has a groove concaved in from an edge, and the groove has a groove width. The insulative fixing plate includes a connecting element and two limiting elements combined at two ends of the connecting element. Each limiting element has a working width larger than the groove width, and a holding space between the two limiting elements contains the two conductive elements, thereby abutting the two limiting elements at an external side of the conductive element respectively and limiting the two conductive elements from contacting with each other. The connecting element is damaged when overheating. The insulative fixing plate is used in overheat protection for a plug or a socket.

The conductor receiver can couple to the second end of the fuse holder and to the bottom end of the fuse. A receiving feature of the conductor receiver can couple to a conductor.
