摘要： A conductor module includes a wiring member, a plurality of bus bars, a plurality of locking pieces, and a reinforcing member. A plurality of wirings and through-holes are formed in the wiring member. The bus bar is electrically connected to one of two electrode terminals. The two through-holes are formed in a first opposing region opposing one end face between both end faces of the bus bar opposing each other in a width direction with an electrical connection portion where the bus bar and the wiring are electrically connected interposed therebetween. The locking piece is formed integrally with the bus bar, is arranged in the through-hole, has a distal end positioned radially outward of the through-hole, and fixes the bus bar to the wiring member. The reinforcing member reinforces the wiring member, and is formed to surround the through-hole.

摘要： The invention is a novel clamp for a car battery jumper. The main deficiency in the various clamps used in car battery jumpers is the very small contact surface area, which chokes off the electric current and makes the task of starting the vehicle very difficult. The new clamp disclosed herein features a longitudinal structure consisting of a spring and a metal disk. Upon gripping the terminal of a battery, the metal disk included in the clamp comes into contact with the top surface of the battery's terminal, thus insuring a large contact surface area and hence a substantially better starting current.

摘要： A voltage tap element configured to tap off the voltage of a battery cell of a battery unit by an electronics unit, a cell supervisory unit having such voltage tap elements, and a battery unit having such a cell supervisory unit, and methods for producing the cell supervisory unit and the battery unit. The voltage tap element is designed as a clip composed of a first metal, with a first end of the clip having a first contact region which establishes a operative connection to the electronics unit, and a second end of the clip having a second contact region for establishing a connection to the battery cell. In the first contact region, the clip is permanently connected to an intermediate piece which is composed of a second metal which differs from the first metal. The intermediate piece is configured for operative connection to the electronics unit by a solder connection using SMD technology.
