摘要： A transparent antenna is fabricated by combining a metal nanomesh structure and a graphene sheet. The nanomesh structure is formed on a surface, and the graphene sheet is placed over the nanomesh structure. The graphene sheet is adhered to the nanomesh structure to form a graphene nanomesh structure. The graphene nanomesh structure is shaped to form the transparent antenna that efficiently transmits and receives signals in a desired frequency range yet is optically transparent.

摘要： Lenses, including contact lenses, and other transparent substrates include electronic circuits having patterned conductors and antenna structures which are transparent, flexible and conductive. A patterned conductor or antenna structure can be a combination of two-dimensional material such as graphene and one-dimensional material such as metal nanowires. The patterned conductor or antenna structure can be wrinkled or otherwise pre-stressed, to accommodate stretching and folding of the substrate. A biosensor having a sensor unit and an antenna unit, or other type of circuit, can be formed using these materials, and can be disposed on a contact lens.

摘要： There is provided a rectifying element which is provided with an insulating base, (a) a pair of electrodes composed of a first electrode and a second electrode and (b) a semiconductor layer arranged between the pair of electrodes, wherein the components (a) and (b) are provided on a first surface of the insulating base. The rectifying element is configured such that the semiconductor layer (b) contains carbon nanotube composites each of which comprises a carbon nanotube and a conjugated polymer adhered onto at least a part of the surface of the carbon nanotube. 摘要： Binder-free conductive carbon ink is printed on flexible polymeric substrates such as PET and paper as an antenna for wireless devices. Without addition of binder, conductivity of the carbon ink can be greatly improved. Owing to the enhance of conductivity, carbon ink proposed in this patent can be applied to antenna application, such as RFID, without the utilization of metal or metal coated powders, and enormously decreases the antenna cost. The excellent adhesion to substrate results from the size and shape match between carbon powders and pores of substrates. Further compression and protective coating will further enhance adhesion of antenna.
