摘要： A method and system for Proactive Loss Prevention (PLP) System in venue and retail using wireless-based technology. Physical security measures are the first line of defense for protecting assets in any venue and retail spaces. These systems (e.g. Electronic Article Surveillance systems) are widely deployed in retail spaces. However, retail theft is still estimated at a multibillion dollar level on an annual basis in the US alone. This invention augments existing physical security systems to enable a proactive approach for suspect identification and subsequent presence alerting using a wireless local area network (WLAN) based system.

摘要： Consistent with disclosed embodiments, systems, methods, and computer readable media for presence accuracy enhancement in a wireless tag tracking environment may be provided. Embodiments may include at least one processor configured to receive in a first time period, first identification transmissions from a first set of wireless tags; determine locations of the first set of wireless tags based on the first identification transmissions; receive in a second time period second identification transmissions from a second set of wireless tags; determine locations of the second set of wireless tags based on the second identification transmissions; determine, based on a difference between the first and second identification transmissions, a cessation of reception of a missing wireless tag; determine a likelihood that the missing wireless tag remains present at a location thereof during the first time period; and adjust an inventory based on the determined likelihood.

摘要： A wireless, proximity-based security system for securing or tracking a valuable object. The system includes a base station and a plurality of security fobs. The security fobs are tracked via an ultra-wideband transceiver relative to an outer perimeter. An administrator fob pairs each of the security fobs with the base station. An audible alarm emits from base and/or the fobs when the location of the security fob is detected to be beyond the outer perimeter. A haptic alarm emits from fob when the location of the security fob is detected to be beyond a sub-perimeter.

A timer inactivates the programmable key and/or the security device after a predetermined period of time. A counter inactivates the programmable key after a predetermined maximum number of activations.

摘要： An inventory management system includes at least one hardware processor and an inventory management engine executing on the at least one hardware processor. The inventory management engine is configured to receive, from a mobile computing device of a consumer, product information associated with an article offered for sale in a retail establishment of a merchant, a product tag is attached to the article and includes a tag ID, the tag ID being a unique identifier assigned to the product tag. The inventory management engine also receives the tag ID from the mobile computing device, generates an online listing for the article in an online marketplace, the online listing including the product information, associates the tag ID with the online listing, determines that the merchant is associated with the article, and places the online listing for sale in the online marketplace on behalf of the merchant.

摘要： A navigation system uses a dead reckoning method to estimate an object's present position relative to one or more prior positions. In some embodiments, the dead reckoning method determines a change in position from the object's heading and speed during an elapsed time interval. In embodiments suitable for use with wheeled objects, the dead reckoning method determines the change in position by measuring the heading and the amount of wheel rotation. Some or all of the components of the navigation system may be disposed within a wheel, such as a wheel of a shopping cart.
