The systems and methods described confirm the location of the delivery agent and proximity to the delivery location using short range wireless communications between a monitoring device at the delivery location and a communication device associated with the delivery agent. Access may also be conditioned on user specified “do not disturb” rules indicating when remote access is authorized. The authentication may be dynamically assessed such as based on a type of item being delivered.

摘要： A method for providing automated entry to a property includes placing a short-range wireless enabled lock box or a short-range wireless enabled automated door lock at or near a property. An automated entry application receives registration information from a visitor who desires to use the automated system for visiting properties. The automated entry application allows the visitor to schedule an automated showing of the property at a visitor selected time and date. A central property application enables the visitor to unlock the short-range wireless enabled lock box or the short-range wireless enabled automated door lock at the visitor selected time and date. The short-range wireless enabled device obtains an identifying number of the short-range wireless enabled lock box or the short-range wireless enabled automated door lock. The short-range wireless enabled device sends a wireless signal to the short-range wireless enabled lock box or the short-range wireless enabled automated door lock to unlock the short-range wireless enabled lock box or the short-range wireless enabled automated door lock.

摘要： An intelligent door lock system includes a position sensing device at a dwelling configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock device. An engine has a memory, and the engine is coupled to the positioning sensing device. An energy source is provided. A security system includes a motion detection device, and a camera coupled to an analytics engine to look for a person or thing at or near a door or window at the dwelling. In response to the detection of a person or thing at or near the door or window of the dwelling the camera is activated from a sleep state to an active state.

摘要： A system and method for determining entry to a secured area at a checkpoint, wherein the method can comprise the steps of receiving by an Access Control Operations Center (ACOC) server from a checkpoint computer a request for entry and identification data, and requesting one or more records from one or more public records databases. The method can also comprise receiving by the ACOC server the records from the one or more public record databases, and performing a keyword search on the one or more records using one or more predetermined keywords to find hits on the one or more predetermined keywords. Moreover, the method can comprise excluding false hits from the hits. Furthermore, the method can comprise sending by the ACOC server to the checkpoint computer a directive to deny the request for entry if any of the hits remain after excluding the false hits.
