摘要： An eye wear retainer is disclosed which can be adjusted such that it can be raised or lowered without pre-set braking points. The braking mechanism is automatic or self-adjusting, and does not require a button or switch for use. The wearer using the eye wear retainer merely raises or lowers the eyeglasses or sunglasses to the desired height on his or her body, with the only limitation being the length of the wire connecting the eyeglasses to the eye wear retainer device.

摘要： A wearable electronic communication device includes a neck loop with a first electrical connector; a frame comprising a second electrical connector, a front bar with nose pads, and two temples, wherein each temple is connected to one of two lateral ends of the front bar; a first wire connected to one of the lateral temples; and a second wire connected to the other lateral temple. The first or second wire is electrically connected to the second electrical connector, and the other end of the same wire is electrically connected to the first electrical connector. The first and second wires are connected to the neck loop close to each other and form a dorsal wire node on the neck. The first and second wires are mechanically connected to each other between the frame and the dorsal wire node to form a suboccipital wire node below an occiput of the user.

摘要： A pair of eye goggles is described. A strap can be fit removably around a head. A nosepiece can be fit over the nose. A pair of eyepieces includes a transparent lens and a frame. An airtight and watertight skin interface is adapted to fit securely against the wearer's skin. A flex layer includes a seal that is at least one of airtight and watertight and which is structurally interposed between at least a portion of two or more of the skin, the nosepiece, the eyepieces, the transparent lens, the frame, and the skin interface. The flex layer includes a phase change material that is resiliently and elastically malleable. The flex layer is deformable such that at least one portion can transmute the magnitude of a force applied and can redirect the force in at least one direction. External forces acting are at least one of mitigated, transmuted, and isolated.

摘要： This invention is related to an eyeglasses temple structure. Two assembly slots are formed at two ends of a frame for assembling with a positioning element, respectively. A pivot element is pivoted on the assembly slot through a hinge part of the positioning element. A protruding part at a wearing portion is inserted into the assembly slot through an end opening of the frame, and the protruding part has a pit for embedding and fixing an embedding part of the hinge part. Therefore, when the wearing portion is assembled with the frame, the wearing portion is positioned via the positioning element which is pivoted on the frame. When replace the wearing portion, the positioning element is pressed to enable the wearing portion to separate from the frame, so the replacement of the wearing portion is more quickly, easy, and convenient.
