摘要： The present invention makes it possible to realize an analysis apparatus having a plurality of liquid chromatographs capable of judging separation performance and the like at the right timing and improving analysis performance early. Analysis starts and a mixed sample is prepared by adding a non-retaining ingredient to a measurement object sample and is introduced into an analysis flow path (S401 to S404). The mixed sample is separated into components by a separation column, the components are outputted as chromatogram data by a detector, and the analysis finishes (S404 to S406). Retention time and peak information are acquired from the chromatogram outputted from the detector, whether or not a measurement result is within an allowable range is judged, and the process shifts to next analysis when the measurement result is within the allowable range (S407 to S409). An amount of transit time t0 of a non-retaining ingredient shifted from an allowable value is confirmed when separation performance is outside an allowable range at step S408 and a separation column replacement instruction is outputted to an output unit when fluctuation of the transit time t0 is within an allowable range (S410, S411). A device maintenance instruction is outputted to the output unit when the fluctuation is outside the allowable range at step S410 (S412).

摘要： Systems and methods are described for reducing lab-to-lab and/or instrument-to-instrument variability of Multi-Attribute Methods (MAM) analyses via run-time signal intensity calibration. In various aspects, multiple MAM-based instruments each have detectors and different instrument conditions defined by different instrument models or sets of settings. Each MAM-based instrument receives respective samples and a reference standard as a calibrant. Each MAM-based instrument detects, via its detector, sample isoforms of its respective sample and reference standard isoforms of the reference standard. The MAM-based instruments are associated with processor(s) that determine, via respective MAM iterations, correction factors and sample abundance values corresponding to the sample isoforms. The correction factors are based on the reference standard, and the sample abundance values are based on the correction factors. A variance value of the sample abundance values may be reduced based on correction factors of each of the MAM-based instruments.

摘要： Using training data, machine learning is performed to construct a learning model which is a non-linear function for discrimination or regression analysis (S2). A degree of contribution of each input dimension is calculated from a partial differential value of that function. Input dimensions to be invalidated are determined using a threshold defined by a Gaussian distribution function based on the degrees of contribution (S3-S5). Machine learning is once more performed using the training data with the partially-invalidated input dimensions (S6). A new value of the degree of contribution of each input dimension is determined from the obtained learning model, and the degree of contribution is updated using the old and new values (S7-S8). After the processes of Steps S5-S8 are iterated a specified number of times (S9), useful dimensions are determined based on the finally obtained degrees of contribution, and the machine-learning model is constructed (S10).

摘要： Upon receipt of an analysis initiation instruction, regardless of the necessity of any changes in operation at the time of the analysis initiation, an integrated controller (21) of a system control unit (2) notifies other units (3 to 6) of analysis initiation and changes the luminescent color of a state indication LED (25) to blue which is common to each unit. In a liquid supply unit (3) that received a notification of the analysis initiation, a local controller (34) changes the device status to “RUN” and changes the luminescent color of a state indication LED (35) to blue. This is also applies to other units (4 to 6). Upon completion of the analysis, the integrated controller (21) notifies each unit (3 to 6) of the analysis completion and changes the display color of the state indication LED (25) to green. Each unit (3 to 6) also changes the display color of the state indication LED (35 to 65) to green. With this, a user can intuitively grasp that analysis is in progress and the analysis is completed by looking at the luminescent color of the state indication LED (25 to 65).

摘要： A drive module that includes an electric motor, a differential assembly with a differential input member and a pair of differential output members, a multi-speed transmission assembly, which transmits rotary power between the electric motor and the differential input member, and a pair of axle shafts that are each coupled to an associated one of the differential output members for rotation therewith. The multi-speed transmission assembly and includes a housing, a two-speed planetary transmission stage, a plurality of clutches and a transmission output member that provides rotary power to the differential input member. The two-speed planetary transmission stage has an input sun gear, which is driven by the motor, and employs a set of planet gears having compound planet gears that provide a gear reduction between the sun gear and the transmission output member. The clutches are employed to control an overall reduction ratio.
