摘要： Aspects of this disclosure relate to a torque and angle sensing device. A sensor and a processing circuit are integrated into the device. The sensor is configured to generate a first signal indicative of a first angle and/or speed. The device includes an input contact configured to receive a second reference signal indicative of a second reference angle and/or speed. The processing circuit is configured to generate an indication of torque based on at least the first signal and the second signal. In certain applications, the processing circuit is capable of pre-programming and/or learning and storing the reference information and generating an indication of torque based on the first signal generated internally and the reference information. An output contact of the device can provide the indication of torque. Related systems and methods are also disclosed.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a sensor assembly for simultaneously capturing an angular position and a torque of a rotatable shaft. The sensor assembly comprises, for determining the angular position, a main body, two additional bodies, which are arranged coupled for rotation on the main body, and two angle resolvers, which are arranged on a circuit board in the immediate vicinity of the additional bodies. In this arrangement, the angles of the additional bodies are determined by the angle resolvers and passed as an angle signal to an evaluation unit arranged on the circuit board. The sensor assembly further comprises a direct coating, which captures a torque signal from the rotating shaft and passes this signal over a connection line to the evaluation unit. The connection line has a section wound multiple times around the shaft to permit a rotation of the shaft by at least +/−900°.

摘要： A sensor housing has a receiving recess at one end portion of the sensor housing located at one end of the sensor housing. The one end portion of the sensor housing faces first and second magnetic circuit portions. A circuit board is received in the receiving recess and has an opening, a front-side region and a rear-side region. The front-side region is located on a side of the opening where the one end of the sensor housing is placed. The rear-side region is located on an opposite side of the opening. A main body of a magnetic sensing device overlaps the opening such that terminals projecting from one of a pair of side walls of the main body are located at the front-side region, and terminals projecting from another one of the pair of side walls is located at the rear-side region.

The elastic member surrounds an outer side of the second sleeve. One of the magnetic sensor and the magnetic member is disposed in the casing assembly, and the other one is disposed in the sleeve set. The magnetic sensor and the magnetic member are disposed opposite to each other.

The torque sensor detects a torque generated on the rotational member based on an output signal of the first magnetic sensor or the second magnetic sensor.

The magnetic collecting elements have a pair of magnetic collecting portions (magnetic collecting protrusions) facing each other. The magnetic flux detecting element includes a circuit board with a cutout formed therein and a Hall IC having a Hall element arranged between the magnetic collecting portions, and the Hall IC is mounted parallel to the circuit board so as to extend over the cutout. At least a part of one of the magnetic collecting portions is arranged in the cutout.

The quill shaft is located between a fixed gearbox and a spindle gearbox, and the spindle gearbox is rotatable about a conversion access. The torque through the rotor mast is determined by using the torque through the quill shaft and the efficiency loss value between the quill shaft and the rotor mast.
