摘要： Embodiments of the invention include a firearm system and method of assembly of the firearm system including a receiver complex including a receiver coupled to a forward receiver. A feed port is positioned between the receiver and the forward receiver, and a striker coil assembly is positioned proximate the receiver, and includes a plurality of strikers each extending at least partially through a coil. An interchangeable barrel is coupled to the forward receiver forming a breech. In some embodiments, the firearm system includes a breech that includes a plurality of side-by-side bores of the barrel. Some embodiments include a magazine coupled to the receiver complex adjacent the feedport to simultaneously feed more than one dischargeable projectile into the feedport with a single charge block. In some embodiments, the charge block includes a plurality of chambers and a plurality of projectiles positioned within the plurality of chambers.

摘要： A small, lightweight multi-shot pistol, preferably includes a readily field removable receiver having two barrels in an over/under configuration. The butt of the pistol includes a storage chamber holding two spare cartridges. The single trigger is a double action trigger. The configuration of the pistol is such that two shots may be rapidly fired in a “double tap” manner, and the receiver can then be released using a thumb latch, whereby the receiver will be tilted upward and an auto-ejector will eject the spent cartridges. The spare cartridges are held together using a speed loader device which holds them so that they are properly aligned for speedy insertion into the breach of the tilted receiver.

摘要： The light-weight handheld less-lethal ballistic projectile launcher is configured as an “over/under” double barrel handheld device with a “break open” loading action. The launcher includes a barrel section pivotally connected to receiver section. The barrel section pivots between an open load/unload position and a closed firing position. The barrel section includes two metal barrel sleeves that are press fit into axial bores formed in the body of the barrel section. The barrel section also includes an ejector, which locks the barrel section in the closed firing position and partially expels spent rounds from the barrel sleeves when the barrel section is opened. The receiver section houses the launcher's fire control mechanism. The fire control mechanism uses a traditional single action operation and ensures that rounds are alternatively discharged from each barrel and prevents rounds from both barrels from being discharged simultaneously.

The single breech locking mechanism extends forwardly of the chambers, and the actual breech locking engagement occurs in front of the bolts. 摘要： A bolt assembly is provided for a double-barrel firearm, such as a rifle or a shotgun. The bolt assembly is adapted to fit in the receiver of the double-barrel firearm. The bolt assembly comprises a bolt body which connects to first and second breech bolts, and which also couples to a bolt collar. The bolt collar has a bolt handle for operating the bolt assembly. The bolt body and breech bolts have recesses for accepting first and second firing pin assemblies. The firing pin assemblies include first and second cocking pieces, which are both cocked by means included in the bolt collar. Once cocked, the cocking pieces can be released independently of each other for firing using trigger means. Pulling the bolt assembly rearwards ejects the fired cartridges through an ejection port on the receiver. The receiver also includes a cartridge injector port which couples to a magazine capable of storing additional cartridges. During the forward travel, the bolt assembly reloads the firing chambers with cartridges from the magazine.
