摘要： A solar powered yard light provides a vertical support having the lower end thereof supported by a substrate, such as the soil. A lighting element assembly having a lighting element and a diffuser secures near the upper end of the support. A collector unit secures to the support a substantial distance below the lighting element assembly and contains a battery and a solar cell for charging the battery during daylight hours. The collector unit is typically positioned flush with or below the level of foliage growing in the substrate. A light sensitive switch connects the battery to the lighting element assembly and turns the lighting element on and off depending on lighting conditions.

The retrofit luminaire assembly includes a planar panel having electrical control elements mounted to an upper surface of the panel. A lamp is received in a lamp socket mounted to the panel with a light-emitting section of the lamp extending away from a lower surface of the panel. A lens is mounted to the lower surface of the panel for enclosing the light-emitting section of the lamp. The panel preferably has a pair of oppositely directed pivot members which are adapted to engage with inwardly directed flanges of the canopy fixture housing to removably and pivotally support the panel for movement between a vertical, inoperative position and a horizontal, operative position. Methods of installing the retrofit luminaire assembly in the existing canopy fixture housing are also disclosed.

摘要： A portable power supply system for providing portable electrical power includes a battery that has a positive terminal and a negative terminal. A box is provided and the battery is positioned in the box. A lid is removably coupled to the box. A pair of first light emitters is provided and each of the first light emitters is removably coupled to the lid to selectively emit light outwardly from the lid. An inverter is removably coupled to the lid and the inverter may be electrically coupled to an electric device thereby facilitating the inverter to supply AC current to the electric device.
