摘要： The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic support with a quick response function for coal wall spalling, which includes a base, an upright post, a top beam, an extensible canopy, a face guard, and a vibration meter. The vibration meter is mounted on a hydraulic support, and detects a vibration signal of a coal wall in a non-contact mode. The face guard includes a primary face guard, a secondary face guard, and a tertiary face guard connected in sequence. One side, close to a coal wall, of the primary face guard is connected to a quick response device. The quick response device is in signal communication with the vibration meter. After receiving the vibration signal of the coal wall, the quick response device is abutted against the coal wall before the secondary face guard and the tertiary face guard fit the coal wall.

摘要： A shield roof support has a sole plate, at least one roof or heel plate and a hydraulic element supporting the roof plate from the sole plate. The hydraulic supporting element includes a piston-cylinder actuator mounted inside the sole plate and extending along the longitudinal axis thereof, the movable element of the actuator being connected to one arm of an angle lever pivoted on a horizontal axis on the sole plate and having its other arm pivotally connected to the roof plate, the angle between the two arms of the lever preferably being adjustable. The lever transforms the force-action line of the actuator from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction. Thrust means on the longer arm of the lever are pivotally connected to the roof plate at a fulcrum, and a locking actuator is interconnected between the roof plate and the longer arm of the lever. A second piston-cylinder actuator extending longitudinally of the sole plate is operable to advance the sole plate relative to the working face of a mining operation, for example.

摘要： A mine roof support has a goaf shield with a lemniscate guide system linking the shield to floor-engaging skids. A walking-mechanism is disposed in a channel between the floor skids. In order to prevent rubble or goaf material from penetrating into the channel the guides of the lemniscate system have connections which are spaced one above the other and to which one or several screen plates can be removably and replaceably attached with the aid of push-in locking-bars. The screen plates also advantageously serve to keep the floor skids apart by a minimum distance to prevent jamming of the walking mechanism.

摘要： A canopy and shield structure for supporting a shield adjacent a working face in a seam-like mine deposit, comprises a floor skid which is connected through an extensible and contractable prop at the working face end to the working face end of a canopy adapted to be positioned in parallel relation to the roof strata. The working space is covered at the waste removal end by a shield which includes a lower two-arm lever portion which is pivotally mounted on the skid and an upper portion which is pivotally connected to the longer arm of the two-arm lever adjacent the upper end thereof and is also pivotally connected to the canopy. The two-arm lever is driven by a hydraulic drive motor and a parallel linkage is connected between the upper shield part and the canopy in order to provide a guidance of the canopy in a direction substantially perpendicular to the strata. The upper part of the shield also includes an opening for the passage of a blast pipe and the canopy advantageously includes a guideway for supporting the blast pipe for shifting movement toward and away from the working face.
