摘要： A folding joint for attaching a rear view display device to a vehicle includes one or more hinge sections each of which is adapted to rotate relative to the vehicle, with each of the one or more hinge sections having a first end and a second end, and a biasing element comprising a spring, a coil, a wave spring, or other elastic member for biasing at least one of the one or more hinge sections in response to rotation of the folding joint, with the biasing element biasing at least one of a spring biased cam section and a biased clamping bolt. An external rear view display device for a vehicle may include the folding joint, and a vehicle may include two external rear view display devices.

摘要： An electronic device with an enclosure having a base and a base is disclosed. The electronic device can include a shaft coupled with the base and the base. The shaft can be coupled with a torque component engagement feature that provides a frictional engagement with the shaft. The torque component engagement feature can magnetically couple with a magnet, or magnets. The electronic device can also include a magnetic assembly configured to magnetically couple with the shaft engagement. The magnetic assembly can provide a first magnetic field that magnetically couples the torque component engagement feature with the magnetic assembly. However, the magnetic assembly can change to a second, reduced magnetic field less than the first magnetic field. When the display assembly is rotated toward the base, the magnetic assembly changes to the second magnetic field, and the torque component engagement feature magnetically decouples from the magnetic assembly based on the reduced magnetic field.

摘要： Embodiments include a hinge structure attached to a keyboard device and a tablet terminal. The hinge structure includes a cam mechanism and a stand member configured to rotate to a support position based on the position of a tablet terminal attached to the hinge structure. When the tablet terminal is rotated by a user to a first predetermined angle relative to the keyboard device, the stand member will in turn automatically rotate and extend. When the tablet terminal is rotated by a user to a second predetermined angle relative to the keyboard device, the stand member will in turn lock in order to support and brace the combination of the attached tablet terminal and keyboard device. When not using the attached tablet terminal, the locked stand member may be unlocked and released upon closing the attached table terminal to a zero degree angle relative to the keyboard device.
