摘要： The present invention relates to a technical field of building doors and windows drivers, and more particularly to a built-in lift sliding door lock, which includes a lock point linkage mechanism and a lock seat, wherein the lock seat is a flat structure adapted for being embedded into an extrudate, and has an import slot and a locking slot communicated with the import slot; the lock point linkage mechanism includes a lock point, a sliding plate, a fixed plate, a first plectrum, a second plectrum, a connecting piece and a cam. Beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows. Displacement changes of the lock point are converted into rotation changes of the cam for damping conversion, which is flexible and convenient, and enhances feel comfort. The present invention has ingenious structure, moderate structural complexity, low failure rate through the component connection method and long service life.

摘要： A latch arrangement for fastening a panel of a door or a window to a frame element is provided. The latch arrangement includes a locking element mounted on the frame element and displaceable between a locked position in which the locking element can be engaged with a depression formed on the panel locking thereby the panel to the frame element, and an unlocked position in which the locking element can be disengaged from the depression on the panel unlocking thereby the panel from the frame element; an actuating mechanism including a manually operable handle, the actuating mechanism being mounted on the panel and being configured to selectively engage the locking element and to displace the locking element away from the depression to the unlocked position.

摘要： A vehicle door comprising an outer door panel an inner door panel and a door module. The inner door panel is joined to the outer door panel so as to define a door cavity between the inner and outer door panels. The inner door panel has an aperture providing access to the door cavity. The door module includes a plurality of carrier portions including a first carrier portion that holds at least one functional door hardware component and a second carrier portion that holds at least one other functional door hardware component. The plurality of carrier portions are mounted to the inner panel to seal the aperture thereby defining a wet side of the door module facing towards the door cavity and a dry side of the door module facing away from the door cavity.

摘要： A sash window fastener includes: a latch assembly; a sash lock assembly mounted upon the meeting rail; and a stop member mounted to the master window frame. The lock assembly includes a pivotable cam to engage a keeper on the master frame to lock the window, and a pivotable follower arm. The arm interconnects with the latch assembly within the meeting rail, so cam rotation that drives arm rotation also causes translation of the latch. The cam may occupy: an extended position to secure the cam to the keeper, with the latch engaging the master frame to prevent tilting, and being positioned below a protrusion on the stop member to redundantly lock the window; a first retracted cam position permitting sliding of the window; and a second retracted position permitting tilting of the sash window. Additional protrusions may be used on the stop member to serve as vent stop positions.

A wedge portion having an apex end and a base end extends from the base portion to provide a surface for the object to apply a force on the device.
