摘要： A fence assembly is provided having a plurality of posts, a plurality of elongated rails, with each rail having a hollow interior and a front face including an elongated channel extending into the hollow interior, a plurality of fence slats, and a plurality of brackets, with each bracket formed to retain at least one fence slat. The brackets include engagement ends positioned on an extension member formed on the bracket body. The engagement ends are inserted into the channel and the interior hollow of the rails to secure the brackets to the rails. The brackets are secured to the rail and create a retaining slot for receiving at least one fence slat and to support the fence slat on the rail. The rail is attached to one or more posts to form, along with the plurality of brackets and fence slats, a fencing section.

摘要： A fence panel construction device includes a structural member and a pair of post members coupled to the structural member. Each post member includes a pair of attachment devices configured to removably attach a pair of fence stringers to the pair of post members. A pair of actuator mechanisms are coupled to a respective one of the pair of post members to position the pair of post members corresponding to a pair of fence posts on a property. A finishing assembly is coupled to the structural member and includes at least one fastening device and at least one trimming device both operable to move vertically. The finishing assembly is operable to move horizontally while the at least one fastening device fastens fence boards to the pair of fence stringers and at least one trimming device trims the fence boards. A method of making a fence panel is provided.

摘要： The fence includes posts composed of at least two channel members disposed at right angles to each other, the openings in the channel members being restricted so that an end link of chain link fencing can be inserted and turned so as to be retained in the channel member. The fence further includes chain link fencing, the upper portion of which, has transverse projections to be received and engage a channel member forming the top rail of the fence. The top rail is held in place on a line post by a bracket received in the upper end of the line post which may also be a channel member. The projections on the bracket engage the top rail so as to hold the rail securely against the side of the post adjacent its upper end.
