摘要： An improved glass railing anchor system for multiple glass panels in high-rise buildings which can experience hurricane strength winds, and which includes an elongated base member having two hollow wall sections which create a channel for receiving the glass panels. Aligned with and beneath the hollow wall sections are integral keyways which anchor assembly's which include mounting plates, elevated rails and a central mounting post that also elevate the base member to allow for drainage. The anchor assemblies are slidable and can be selectively positioned for easy and secure installation. The base member, hollow wall sections, keyway and drainage areas can be integrally incorporated into a unitary device.

摘要： A guard rail system that is assembled from a kit of components that includes bottom rails, top rails and balusters and U-shaped top rail inserts that fit into the underside of the top rails. The tops of the balusters are inserted through the spaced apart holes in the base of the insert. The top rail has a body and a pair of spaced apart legs extending downward from the body. After the system has been assembled the legs engage the uprights of the top rail insert to create a compression fit between the top rail insert and the tops of the balusters.

The cup is configured to receive the cap in both of a first orientation wherein the cap is installed over the cup and a second orientation wherein the cap is installed under the cup bottom wall. The tab secures the cap to the cup in both the first orientation and the second orientation.

摘要： A rail receiving member includes a rail receiving member having a bottom wall, a plurality of side walls, and a back wall, and is configured to receive and connect to an end of a rail member. The back wall of that rail receiving member may be attached to a vertical member and covered by a cap. In an adjustable railing bracket installation, a hinge assembly can be selectively coupled to the rail receiving member in at least two orientations, each of which allowing for rotation of the rail receiving member about a hinge axis of the hinge assembly. A first orientation permits rotation of the rail receiving member about the hinge axis of the hinge assembly in a vertical plane. A second orientation permits rotation of the rail receiving member about the hinge axis of the hinge assembly in a horizontal plane.

The engineered handrail includes a top layer, two lower side layers and a lower middle layer which are glued and laminated together. The three layers and core include short lengths or planks of wood which are glued together using finger joints to produce long pieces of material. A modified finger joint known as a staggered shoulder joint is used to improve the outer appearance of the handrail by allowing most of the finger joints to be hidden between the layers.
