The seal enclose includes a motor box sized to fit over an end of the tubular motor, a motor box extension engaging the motor box and including a circumferential protrusion, a gasket positioned between the motor box and the motor box extension, and a flexible seal engaging the circumferential protrusion and configured to engage the awning roller. The motor box, the motor box extension and the flexible seal define a closed housing for the tubular motor.

摘要： The invention relates to a retrofitted magnetic slide topper including a means for magnetism to provide tension on an awning flexes, a roller tube to provide a rolling base for the awning flexes and a plurality of brackets to mount the roller tube with the means for magnetism using a plurality of clamps. Further, the system includes either electromagnetic or permanent magnets along with base plates or magnetic cores. These can be used in various configurations to push or pull on the awning roller tube or other flexible members to tension and or bow the movable member to force the water off of the awning. The objectives of the present invention is to stop the major water pounding and allowing the awning material to dry instead of creating a swamp causing sages and premature fabric deterioration.

The awning includes an axial groove wherein a plurality of luminaires are located for lighting of an area below and around an extended awning. The awning includes an electromechanical rotatable conductor which provides electrical contact between a fixed portion of the awning assembly and the rotating awning roller tube. This allows for flow through of electricity or current to the luminaires and/or the awning motor internally through the roller tube.

摘要： There is described a canopy system comprising two or more parallel elongated rods, one or more canopy pieces having two parallel edges, two or more elongated bars connected to each of the two or more parallel elongated rods and attached to each of the two parallel edges of the one or more canopy pieces, and at least one connection mechanism attached to each of the elongated rods having a connector that is capable of being suspended from a support. The elongated rods may include at least one lower cavity having two channels each configured to detachably and slidably receive each of the elongated bars. The lower cavity may have a groove that is configured to detachably and slidably receive an accessory. The elongated rods each may include at least one upper cavity configured to detachably and slidably receive each connection mechanism and a second accessory.

摘要： There is provided a solar shading device for window that can set the window shading area minimum, ventilate a space between a rolling screen and a window, and have inexpensive and simple structure. The solar shading device for window includes a rolling screen installed at an upper portion of a window on the outdoor side of a building. An upper end of the rolling screen being fixed to a winding shaft biased in a winding direction by a biasing means. A lower end of the rolling screen is supported by a support shaft. One ends of a pair of arms are coupled to respective ends of the support shaft so as for the pair of arm to be disposed on planes perpendicular to the axis of the support shaft. The other ends of the pair of arms are fixed to respective sides of the window on the outdoor side via hinges capable of holding the arms at a desired rotational angle.
