    • A toilet system comprising an ultra-low flush toilet, the toilet having a cistern, a bowl including a rim comprising a channel adapted to receive water from the cistern or a flushing device upon flushing of the toilet, the channel having a plurality of apertures therein through which water entering the channel from the cistern or the flushing device flows into the bowl, and wherein a greater concentration of the apertures per unit length of the rim is provided in an area of the rim positioned over a region of the bowl that requires additional water for cleaning, the toilet further comprising a toilet outlet through which waste material is discharged from the toilet, a waste material collection vessel in fluid communication with the toilet outlet via a toilet outlet conduit, the waste material collection vessel having a collection portion adapted to collect at least a portion of the waste material discharged from the toilet and a discharge portion through which at least a portion of the waste material in the collection portion is periodically discharged into a waste material disposal vessel, wherein the quantity of the waste material discharged from the discharge portion is sufficient to ensure that substantially all of the quantity of the waste material discharged enters the waste material disposal vessel.

    • A system for collection, containment, and disposal of contaminated fluids includes a flexible hulled containment vessel having at least one resilient deformable wall and a flow directing apparatus with a body that extends into the containment vessel during use, and an exterior portal that extends from the containment vessel in use. The flow directing apparatus provides fluid communication from an interior of the containment vessel while resisting collapse of the deformable wall during removal of contaminated fluid therefrom. A body of the flow directing apparatus includes side wall apertures spaced along a length thereof, sized to accommodate solids expected to be in the contaminated fluids. Bridge structures help resist collapse. A diameter of the body may be larger than a diameter of the exterior portal, which may further resist collapse. The containment vessel may be foldable for transport or storage.

    • A drain inlet vault comprises a plurality of pre-cast concrete vault sections stacked one upon the other to form the vault. Each vault section has essentially the same cross-sectional configuration and at least one perimeter edge that upon stacking the vault sections one on top of the other the perimeter edges of adjacent vault sections engage. A sealant material along the perimeter edges forms a seal as the weight of an upper section bears against a lower section. At least one support element for water treatment equipment, or a component thereof, is mounted between the perimeter edges, and this support element has a portion extending into an interior of the vault for holding the water treatment equipment, or component thereof.
