    • The present invention relates to a trap integrated drain device for a washbasin, which includes: an upper fastener having a ring shape in a horizontal direction, having a drainpipe penetration hole punched in a central portion thereof so as to be insert-coupled to an outer circumference of a drainpipe that protrudes downward by penetrating a lower protrusion part of the washbasin, and including a plurality of close-contacting protrusions radially protruding from a top surface thereof; a sealing packing having a ring shape, insert-coupled to the outer circumference of the drainpipe, and disposed on the top surface of the upper fastener to come into close contact with a bottom surface of the lower protrusion part of the washbasin by the close-contacting protrusions so that watertightness is maintained; a tightening nut disposed on the bottom surface of the upper fastener and screw-coupled to a male screw part of the drainpipe to allow the upper fastener and the sealing packing to be fixed and coupled to the bottom surface of the lower protrusion part of the washbasin; a barrel-shaped trap casing, of which an upper portion is opened and screw-coupled to the upper fastener, including an outlet connected to a lower pipe at a lower portion thereof to protrude downward; and a barrel-shaped trap member, of which an upper portion is opened, including a plurality of mounting protrusions that radially protrude from an outer circumferential surface of an upper portion thereof so as to be mounted on a stepped portion disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the trap casing and installed movable in a vertical direction, wherein a lower portion of the drainpipe is disposed inside the trap member through the opened upper portion of the trap member.

    • A bushing (58) has an entry portion (68) which is secured to a urinal housing (50) and an exit portion (70) which faces a drain pipe (54, 54a, 54b). The entry portion interior surface (74) is fittable about and sealingly grips the urinal exit tube (52). The interiors of the entry and exit portions lie on a common axis (58x) and with the axis (52x) of the urinal exit tube. These axes define a sloped incline and, thus, a built-in, gravitationally-directed downwardly-disposed inclination. Because the axes usually do not fall on the axis (56x) of the conduit, they are angled and offset from the conduit axis. The offset of the bushing raises it above the axis of the conduit. Tubing (60, 60a) is secured at its end (62, 62a) to the bushing exit portion so that the tubing axis at its end (62, 62a) similarly is raised above the conduit axis. The tubing extends from the bushing at an incline that is determined by the built-in incline of the bushing. This tubing is smaller in its outer diameter than the inner diameter of the conduit so that the tubing can pass through the conduit and into the drain pipe. The interior surface (74) of the bushing is offset from its outer surface which is secured to the conduit. Thus, the tubing is allowed to ensure that the conduit will not so contact the tubing as to deleteriously affect the downward inclination of the tubing. An orientation indicator tab (92) on the bushing ensures that its inclined orientation is properly positioned vis-a-vis the conduit. The exterior surfaces of the bushing are designed to enable it to fit within a variety of conduits, to accommodate new and existing connections such as flanges and hardware associated with the drain pipe, to ensure its durability, and to otherwise enable retrofitting to new and existing installations.

    • The valve is designed to be connected to a sanitary waste pipe system for admitting atomospheric air into the waste pipe towards the valve function elements in response to a pressure reduction in the system in order to protect the water traps in the system and to prevent discharge of contaminated air from the system to the atmosphere. It includes an oblong bowl-shaped valve housing (10), a vertical tubular member (12) extending downwards from the housing (10) and adapted to be connected to the waste pipe system, an inner space (18) within the valve housing (10) and containing the valve function elements (34), at least one passage (26) from the valve function elements (22) towards the surrounding atmosphere and a cover member (14) overlying the inner space and having a top wall spaced above the valve function elements (20, 22, 34).
