摘要： A plate element for a fastening point, at which a rail for rail vehicles is fastened to a fixed base. The plate element has an opening leading from the upper side thereof associated with the rail to be fastened to the underside thereof associated with the base, through which a fastening element for fastening the plate element onto the base is guided during use, which engages with an anchor fitting countersunk into the base, and a fastening point at which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened to a fixed base. The plate element enables the fastening of a rail onto a fixed base, ensuring optimum electrical insulation. This is achieved by a ring element made from a flexibly resilient material sitting in the region of the mouth of the opening associated with the base.

The plastic dowel includes an opening, and interior, a shank section, and a holding section, which provides at least one circumferential projection around its circumference. 摘要： An assembly for securing at least one rail to a substrate has a longitudinally extending rail plate extending across and secured underneath the rail and having a pair of opposite ends. Respective end restraints at the ends of the rail plate each have a jaw fixed to the respective end of the rail plate and each formed with a vertically throughgoing passage. A respective rigid anchor hood is fixed to the substrate in each of the passages with an outer surface of the anchor hood spaced inward from an inner surface of the respective passage and forming an annular space therewith. A respective rubber bumper mass fills each of these spaces so that forces transverse to the rail are transmitted through the bumpers to the anchor hoods.

It is advantageously formed as a one piece structure. The rail clamp is especially used to fasten rails to base slabs and has economic advantages compared to the rail clamps known in the art, which are made of steel coated with rubber.

The supporting means includes a flat strip of metal which is fastened to the floor and is formed with two vertically extending bars for positioning a metal rail between them. A bead is formed on the inside surface of each bar for engaging the sides of the rail, and a longitudinal channel is formed in the middle of the strip for equalizing the weight distribution of the rail.
