摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fabric for an air bag that, during high-pressure deployment at high speed, maintains low air permeability as an air bag and is capable of maintaining the low air permeability even after exposure to heat. This fabric for an air bag comprises a synthetic fiber and is characterized by the contact angle of a circumscribed circle at intersecting sections in which the warp thread and the weft thread come in contact in the cross section of the fabric is at least 80° in both the warp thread direction and the weft thread direction.

摘要： The present invention discloses an electronic-dobby-and-jacquard-loom weaving machine and a weaving method. The machine comprises a weaving body, a first wrap beam, a second wrap beam, a jacquard loom, a dobby loom, a harness frame, a plurality of first harness wires, a plurality of second harness wires, a plurality of harness cords, a plurality of return springs and at least one weft accumulator, wherein the weaving body and the jacquard loom are connected with a synchronous transmission mechanism between them; the synchronous transmission mechanism comprises a weaving spindle, a main motor encoder, a jacquard loom transmission shaft, a jacquard loom encoder, a gear box and a servo control system. The present invention improves the clarity of the fell (shed), widens the fell, keeps the fell clear stably, and realizes high-density jacquard weaving.

摘要： A reed attached to a water jet loom has reed blades each having an upper portion which is doglegged toward a cloth-fell relative to each lower portion, wherein each front edge of the doglegged reed blade facing the cloth-fell has a flat outline. A method for weaving a thermoplastic synthetic fiber fabric using the reed on a water jet loom includes preparing warps of thermoplastic synthetic multi-filament yarns each of which has a twisting number of at least 100 per meter or each of which is provided with tie points and substantially zero-twist, and inserting a weft into a weaving shed with a stream of ejected water so that when the reed reaches its retracted position, a distance between the cloth-fell and a contact point intersecting a warp with a reed blade is decreased by using the doglegged reed blades.

摘要： A picking device for a water-jet loom comprises a nozzle body connected to a pressurized water source and provided with a plurality of axial nozzle holes, a plurality of spools fitted respectively in the axial nozzle holes and each provided with an axial through-hole through which to pass a weft yarn, a spool driving mechanism for individually or sequentially driving the spools for axial reciprocation or for turning alternately in opposite directions within a fixed angular range, and orifice chips having orifices defining straightening spaces for straightening the flow of the pressurized water around the front ends of the spools together with the circumferences of the front ends of the spools. A fluid passage connected to each of the orifices can be opened and closed by axial reciprocation or by turning alternately in opposite directions in the given angular range of the spool. The spools may be fixedly fitted in the axial nozzle holes, and the fluid passages connected respectively to the orifices may be opened and closed by a valve mechanism driven by a valve driving mechanism.
