摘要： The invention relates to a fiber processing system for opening and mixing fiber material, with a multiple number of bale openers (2) for opening fiber bales (FB) and conveying devices (4a, 4b; 14a, 14b) downstream of the bale openers (2) for mixing and conveying the opened fiber material to a downstream processing device (10), for example a mixing chamber or a carding feed. The device in accordance with the invention is characterized in that the bale openers (2) are divided into at least two opener groups (3a, 3b; 13a, 13b), each of which produces a fiber mixture (M1, M2), and that each opener group (3a, 3b; 13a, 13b) is allocated with a conveying device (4a, 4b; 14a, 14b), whereas the conveying devices (4a, 4b; 14a, 14b) are designed and arranged in such a manner that the respective fiber mixture (M1, M2) is transported away in relation to the associated opener group (3a, 3b; 13a, 13b) in different directions (R1, R2; R1′, R2′) and the fiber mixtures (M1, M2) are combined before or in the processing device (10) into an overall fiber mixture (GM). Likewise, the invention relates to a method for opening and mixing fiber material in a fiber processing system.

摘要： An apparatus on a spinning machine for depositing fibre sliver. The apparatus comprises a delivery device comprising a coiler plate adapted to deliver fibre sliver in the form of a can-less fibre sliver package. The apparatus also comprises a substantially planar receiving support surface onto which the fibre sliver is deposited, the receiving support surface adapted to move back and forth in a deposition area with respect to the delivery device through a substantially horizontal stroke. The receiving support surface is also adapted to move away from the delivery device in a substantially vertical stroke during delivery of the fibre sliver. The delivery device and the receiving support surface are both adapted to remain in contact with the fibre sliver as it is deposited in the form of a can-less fibre sliver package, such that the fibre sliver package is stabilized during the substantially horizontal stroke and during lowering of the receiving support surface.

摘要： This machine includes a moving condenser and an undercarriage having a solid plate confronting a part of the perimeter of the condenser. The condenser may be a rotating foraminous screen, or an endless foraminous belt. There is a duct inside the condenser, through which air is sucked to draw fibers onto the screen, and an adjustable baffle for determining the effective area of this duct. Fibers are sucked into the space between the plate and condenser by the air flowing through the condenser and compacted into a web by the moving condenser. In one embodiment of the invention an air intake box and an adjustable flap increase the stripping action on the pins of an apron in a feed hopper to deliver fibers between the undercarriage and condenser. In this embodiment also means is provided for varying the throat opening of the air bridge which carries the fibers from this apron between undercarriage and condenser. In another embodiment of the invention, to control the mat thickness the undercarriage is bodily adjustable relative to the condenser which here is an endless screen belt.
