摘要： Polymer particles excellent in uniform dispersibility and the use thereof are provided. The polymer particles contain a surfactant, and have a coefficient of variation in the volume-based particle diameter distribution in the range from not less than 13.0% to not more than 25.0%. When 15.0 g of water is added to 5.0 g of the polymer particles so as to disperse the polymer particles in the water by performing a dispersion treatment for 60 minutes using an ultrasonic cleaner, and furthermore when an obtained dispersion liquid is put into a centrifuge tube with an inside diameter of 24 mm so as to be centrifuged, by a centrifugal separator, under conditions that K factor is 6943 and a rotating time is 30 minutes to recover a supernatant, a concentration of non-volatile components in the obtained supernatant is less than 3.5 wt. %.

摘要： A polymer composition for use in the removal and recovery of oil slicks or spills floating on the surfaces of bodies or water or present on land, such as beaches comprising a foam of a blend of polyethylene and an ethylene-alkyl acrylate copolymer and a process for using such foams in the selective removal of oil from fresh water or salt water and the recovery of the absorbed oils from the foams is disclosed. The polymer composition is also for use in other applications in which absorption of liquids is desired.

About 1 to about 50 weight percent of the carrier system comprises at least one of a cyclic imide and lactone. The graphene sheets consist of fully exfoliated single sheets of graphite. The multilayer coating system can include a plasma layer which is a dry hard coating obtained from plasma polymerization of an organosilicon compound, and an intermediate layer (II) on the substrate which is a cured coating of a wet coating composition comprising (A) a specific reactive UV absorber, (B) a multi-functional (meth)acrylate, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. (B) a multifunctional (meth)acrylate, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. The laminate has a high level of abrasion resistance and improved adhesion and weather resistance.

摘要： Embodiments of the invention provide a hard coat laminated film including a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer in order from the outermost surface layer side, wherein the first hard coat is formed of a coating material containing no inorganic particles; the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing inorganic particles; and the hard coat laminated film satisfies the following requirements: (i) the total light transmittance is 85% or more; and (ii) the pencil hardness of the surface of the first hard coat is 5H or higher. According to another embodiment, a hard coat laminated film is provided, which includes a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer in order from the outermost surface layer side, wherein the first hard coat is formed of a coating material containing predetermined amounts of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; (B) a water repellant; and (C) a silane coupling agent and containing no inorganic particles; and the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; and (D) 50 to 300 parts by mass of inorganic fine particles having an average particle size of 1 to 300 nm.
