摘要： An automatic traction control system expands and deploys compact tightly wound precut paper with die cut slits. The system has an axle with a smaller diameter than the diameter of a tube over which a precut paper package is wound, providing friction free rotation. The precut paper roll rests against a spongy device at one end. The other end rubs against an adjustable cylinder assembly, providing friction that prevents paper spill and misalignment. The axle of the paper handling mechanism is set at an angle to the grab direction of an edge of the precut paper, expanding the grabbed edge and the ungrabbed edge. Grabbing is effected by a belt and two rollers applying precise controlled vertical loading obtained by a slidable and rotatable plate having the weight of a motor, gearbox and pulleys. Due to the angle set, the precut paper stretches expanding the precut paper to three dimensional shape.

摘要： A tarp deploying apparatus includes a frame assembly that is adapted for being attached to a lifting device, such as a forklift. A roller assembly extends laterally from the frame assembly. A tarp may be loaded onto the roller assembly by rolling the tarp onto a roller body. The tarp may be deployed in a desired position on a load of cargo on a flatbed trailer. The tarp is deployed on the cargo by driving the forklift alongside of the flatbed trailer and allowing the tarp to unroll off the roller body being pulled off the roller body by the weight and friction of the tarp on the load. The roller body may include hooks that help in loading the tarp onto the roller body, and allow the tarp to automatically fall off of the roller body during deployment.

摘要： The present invention provides media sensors for sensing the position of a media in a printer, such as a thermal demand printer. A repositionable media sensor for monitoring the location of a web of label media which utilizes a visible light source projected onto the label media to accurately indicate the position of the media sensor to the operator relative to the label media and facilitate any required adjustment thereof. A printed label sensor is provided for use with a thermal demand printer and includes a light emitter and light detector pair wherein a single light pipe for receiving a sensing beam from the emitter and reflecting the sensing beam at a predetermined angle towards the detector is provided. Preferably, the light pipe is mounted in a peel bar and no electronics are required outside the electronic housing of the printer.

摘要： A winding device has an axially-adjustable spindle assembly for winding a variety of elongated flexible materials into windings or spiral coils, including without limitation flat-web, garden hose, strand, twined, braided or woven rope or the like, electric cord or even strings of holiday lights and so on. The winding device comprises a pair of side frames, one which is driven in revolutions and the other which is generally stationary. The side frames have inboard surfaces facing each other and outboard surfaces facing away. One side frame has a hollow tubular sleeve extending away from about the center of its inboard surface while the other side frame has a cylindrical spindle stub extending away from about the center of its respective inboard surface. The spindle stub telescopes into the tubular sleeve such that the side frames can revolve/rotate relative each other, close the gap between each other, or pull apart.

摘要： A structure of an air-pocket film reel includes a support holder mountable to an air-pocket film machine and an air-pocket film reel mountable to the support holder. The support holder has an end portion including at least one constraint section formed thereon. The air-pocket film reel has an end including an engagement section engageable with and thus mating the constraint section. When the air-pocket film reel is fit to the support holder, the engagement section is put into mating engagement with the constraint section of the support holder to effectively prevent slipping of the air-pocket film reel and achieve synchronous rotation of the support holder and the air-pocket film reel to thereby improve overall productivity, better sealing effect, and enhance stability.
