摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, devices, systems, and a computer readable medium for controlling an automatic guided vehicle (AGV). In some embodiments of the method, a first load identifier is determined at a first location on a predetermined trajectory of the AGV. The first load identifier represents a first load condition at the first location. A first set of values of a plurality of control parameters is determined based on the first load identifier. A movement of the AGV is controlled based on the first set of values. With these embodiments, the movement of the AGV can be controlled according to a set of values of control parameters based on the load condition.

摘要： A system and method that automatically monitors product use, such as the type and amount of agricultural and/or horticultural product stored in and dispensed from a cartridge over time and/or by geographic location. Monitored data are stored in memory such as a tag on the cartridge and may be transmitted to a server for storage, aggregation, and analysis. The cartridge may be authenticated before being authorized for use for the benefit of a current user in dispensing the product. The cartridge may be refilled after confirmation of authorization codes on the cartridge and refilling equipment tags. The cartridge may be calibrated automatically based on the bulk density or other parameter of the product in the cartridge. Data may be aggregated from a plurality of cartridges automatically. As-applied data from individual cartridges may be used to verify, independent of operator input, treated area coverage and product application rate.

摘要： A system and apparatus are provided for monitoring a conveyor system. The system and apparatus may include one or more sensors or sensor modules associated with a conveyor belt. In one aspect, the apparatus includes a sensor connected to at least one of first and second plate members that are configured to be connected to one another on opposite surfaces of the conveyor belt. The sensor may be at least partially received in a recess formed in the conveyor belt such that the sensor resides in a protected pocket formed by at least one of the plate members and the recess in the conveyor belt. The system is configured to monitor ancillary devices of a conveyor system, such as a belt splice. The system may maintain a digital twin of an ancillary device so that a condition of the ancillary device may be monitored remotely.

摘要： A system and method provides for the identification and monitoring of carriers within a pneumatic carrier system. Each carrier which is to be employed within the system includes an identification device such as a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip which has stored thereon identification information for the carrier. Positioned throughout the system are communications devices such as antennas and readers which are employed to read and/or write identification information on the chip. When a carrier is put in the system, a destination location can be associated with the particular carrier ID. This associated information is then employed to, among many things, monitor and confirm identity of the carrier as it moves to its destination.
