摘要： A cartridge for preparing a flavoured drink comprises an infusion chamber for containing flavouring materials and infusing a liquid with flavouring substances. A passage in the chamber wall allows liquid exchange between the infusion chamber and its exterior. A flow drive system drives a liquid flow between the infusion chamber and its exterior through the passage in a flow direction which projects from the chamber wall. The cartridge may have an outer wall which is movable to cover and close the passage. A manual control may be used to open or close the passage. The manual control may have a cover covering a top-side of the chamber wall and interlocking with the chamber wall. The cover may include a cup-shaped grip partitioned in first and second upwards open parts, for admitting respective finger(s) of the user. A partitioning wall may separate the parts and allow exertion of a rotational force.

摘要： There is disclosed a method for forming tea using a tea material, the method includes providing a vessel comprising an internal space configured to receive a liquid, inserting a container assembly into the vessel, the container assembly configured to contain the tea material and allow the liquid to interact with the tea material when submerged within the liquid, injecting steam through a double-walled nozzle into the vessel to heat the liquid while maintaining an exterior surface of the steam nozzle below the temperature of the steam, and allowing the tea material to stew within the liquid to form the tea. There is also disclosed an apparatus for forming a tea configured to inject steam into a vessel to heat a liquid to be infused with a tea material, and a beverage cartridge for forming a tea to be deposited into the vessel.

摘要： A disposal means for preparing a beverage from a particulate product, the means comprising a rigid base and a container to be filled with the particulate product, said container being formed of a liquid-permeable material, wherein the container has a flat mouth portion attached to the base by one part thereof, and the base being provided with at least one folding line. The base can be formed of a hard but readily flexible material such as plastic, cardboard and similar materials. The base can be provided with a holding member. The holding member can be in the form of a protrusion, a hook or an element punched from the central part of the base along an unclosed contour, such that the element can be bent away. The base can be provided with a recess. The folding line can be in the form of a crease, a weakened line, a perforated line, a partial cut, a combination thereof, or it can be obtained by another suitable method. The container can be formed of an easily compressible and liquid-permeable material such as cellulose, filter paper and other materials suitable for the proper function of the means.

The web material is useful for production of infused and brewed beverage filtering media such as tea bags and other pouches and filters. The nonwoven network of PLA fibers in mono-component, mono-constituent configuration provides enhanced liquid infusion properties, superior wet strength and weight properties that surpass current beverage bags and pouches because of its unique composition and structure. The manufacture of Biodegradable Tea and Coffee filter fabrics utilizing PLA powders in place of low melt mono-component, mono-constituent fibers to improve fabric elongation and reduce cost. The addition of a Chlorine scavenger allows preserving the taste and essence of the beverage.
