Male and female flaps are hingedly connected to the panels, and are foldable into an interlocked arrangement to form the container bottom. A lid can be provided having a lid panel and one or more lid flaps hingedly connected thereto. The lid flaps each have a lid opening and a handle portion, and the sheet has corresponding panel openings and handle portions. The lid flaps have locking tabs that can be extended through the aligned lid and panel openings to secure the lid in place.

The spout acts to preserve the integrity of the liquid contents of the container. The reclosable pour spout has an inner membrane seal formed in the bottom of the pour spout. The bottom surface of the membrane seal is attached to the container. The container may have a scored portion in the area of the membrane seal to allow the scored portion of the container to become firmly attached to the membrane seal and come out of the container with the membrane seal when the membrane seal is removed from the spout to gain access to the liquid contents of the container.

The concamerated edge may be curvilinearly arched or may be defined by concatenated straight line segments and the tear out tab may be either sealed to the last down major flap for automatic removal from the opening upon lifting of the last down major flap by the consumer or may be release coated to preclude such adherence for manual removal after the last down major flap has been lifted.
