摘要： Disclosed is a stowable airflow diverter for removable attachment to a floor vent of a turbine aircraft. The air diverter comprises vertical ducting extending from a base. A flexible gasket and magnets are attached to the base for engagement with the floor vent. A nozzle attached to the vertical ducting redirects the airflow emanating from the floor vent from horizontal to vertical in order to direct air conditioned air into the cock pit of the aircraft. In an alternate embodiment, the nozzle is rotatable with respect to the vertical axis of the duct. In another alternate embodiment, the nozzle and vertical duct comprise telescoping segments such that the device can be collapsed into the floor vent.

摘要： In an illustrative embodiment, an apparatus for treating air discharged to a passenger suite of an aircraft includes an enclosure that houses components for treating air passing through the enclosure and a detachable cover connected to the enclosure that provides access to the components. Air treatment components associated with air treatment flow paths within the enclosure include a blower with a fan that draws air through an air intake on the enclosure. An air duct is affixed to a discharge of the blower and directs the air discharged from the blower through an air treatment flow path that includes a scented cartridge with a scented medium that is absorbed into the air passing through the air duct. An air exhaust port is attached at a discharge end of the air duct that discharges the air conditioned by the scented cartridge through an air exhaust vent on the enclosure.

摘要： Elongate passenger service unit (PSU) assemblies are comprised of a plurality of modular passenger service units, and a plurality of variable-length modular spacer units. The modular spacer units are positioned between the modular passenger service units in an end-to-end manner so as to provide a desired lengthwise array of the passenger service units along the PSU assembly. Transport category vehicles, e.g., aircraft, may thus be provided with inboard and outboard PSU assemblies. The passenger seats may be arranged in a latitudinally side-by-side arrangement and/or may be arranged in a longitudinally staggered arrangement. By providing variable length modular spacer units, therefore, the individual passenger service units may be arranged directly overhead of each passenger seat.
