The operator area of the vehicle may include seating for a driver and a passenger, one in front of the other. The vehicle is ultra-narrow but achieves stability by unique mechanisms.

The bicycle control apparatus includes a controller that is configured to reduce the output of a motor when a rear wheel of a bicycle is in a prescribed state.
