摘要： A drive control system for a front- and rear-wheel drive vehicle is provided. The drive control system is installed on the front- and rear-wheel drive vehicle, which is a two-wheeler equipped with a front wheel and a rear wheel both serving as driving wheels, one of which is a steered wheel. When the vehicle is banking, the drive control system performs control of decreasing target driving torque of the steered wheel according to an amount of accelerator operation during acceleration operation of a driver compared to when the vehicle is running upright.

摘要： A method and system is disclosed to operate a vehicle pulling a trailer through a cornering maneuver is disclosed. An outer, concave edge and an inner, convex edge of a negotiable road are identified. A path of travel is determined for an inner wheel of the trailer of the vehicle. A first directrix is determined on which a guide point of the vehicle must move in order to pull the inner wheel along the determined path of travel. A second directrix is determined, on which a outer, front wheel of the vehicle must move in order to pull the guide point along the first directrix. A concave-side distance between the outer, front wheel and the concave edge is estimated. When the difference between the distance on concave-side and convex-side exceeds a threshold value, the convex-side distance is adjusted to be closer to the concave-side distance.

The cornering-state judging device is configured to judge whether a vehicle has transitioned to a cornering state from a normal running state. The modified shift-up table generator is configured to generate a modified shift-up table when the vehicle is judged to have transitioned to the cornering state. The modified shift-up table makes a shift-up more difficult to occur than a reference shift-up table does. The gear-shift controller is configured to perform gear-shift control by using the reference shift-up table during the normal running state. The gear-shift controller is configured to suppress a gear shift by using the modified shift-up table instead of the reference shift-up table when the vehicle is judged to have transitioned to the cornering state.
