摘要： In some examples, an ink feed system for providing and feeding printing ink to an inking unit of an intaglio printing unit includes an inking device in the inking unit for inking a first inking unit cylinder. A provision device includes a storage receptacle with an ink reservoir of printing ink that is fed via an outlet and a line to the inking device. Furthermore, a wall of the storage receptacle encompassing the outlet can be heated and/or a metering device may be provided in the line path to support and/or effectuate delivery of the printing ink from the storage receptacle. On an output side, the metering device may provide a mass flow or volume flow that correlates with a working speed of the metering device via a defined relationship, and the metering device may be connected to a control device to control the working speed of the metering device.

摘要： An ink supply apparatus of a printing press includes at least one inking device. In the inking device, an ink fountain roller is rotatably supported. An ink fountain main body forms a space to store an ink together with an outer surface of the ink fountain roller. A guide member slidably supports the ink fountain main body and guides the ink fountain main body between a first position where the space is formed and a second position spaced apart from the ink fountain roller than the first position. A doctor including a blade is attached to a doctor holding member between the ink fountain main body and the ink fountain roller when the ink fountain main body is located at the second position. The blade abuts against the ink fountain roller and cleans the ink fountain roller.

摘要： An ink fountain device includes a fountain roller, a blade, a pair of ink dams, a compression coil spring, and a fountain roller moving device. The fountain roller is rotatably supported by an eccentric bearing. The blade is arranged close to the fountain roller. The distal end of the blade forms a clearance, with respect to an outer surface of the fountain roller, where ink is to be supplied. The pair of ink dams are arranged to be substantially perpendicular to the blade and oppose each other in an axial direction of the fountain roller, and are supported to be movable toward and away from the outer surface of the fountain roller. The compression coil spring biases the ink dams to move toward the outer surface of the fountain roller. The fountain roller moving device pivots the eccentric bearing so as to move the fountain roller. The pair of ink dams are moved by a biasing force of the compression coil spring in a direction substantially perpendicular to a line that connects an axis of the fountain roller and a pivot center of the eccentric bearing.

摘要： An intaglio printing press includes, an intaglio plate cylinder, inking units, each having an ink supplying pattern roller in contact with the intaglio plate cylinder, and each ink supplying pattern roller having different supply patterned portions, an ink removing unit which removes surplus ink of the ink supplied to the intaglio plate cylinder, an ink recycling unit provided upstream of the ink removing unit with respect to a rotation direction of the intaglio plate cylinder and downstream of the inking unit, and adapted to remove ink before the ink is removed by the ink removing unit and return the removed ink to the inking unit. The ink recycling unit includes precedence ink removing means which includes a pre-wiping pattern roller in contact with the intaglio plate cylinder for removing the ink from the intaglio plate cylinder, and ink returning means which returns the removed ink to the inking unit.
