摘要： Disclosed is a correction system for an alignment film printing plate, including: a roller and a printing plate mounted as a sleeve outside of the roller, wherein a first end portion of the printing plate is provided thereon with a plurality of columns of buckle groups, and a second end portion of the printing plate is provided thereon with a plurality of columns of slot groups engaged with the buckle groups. The correction system for the alignment film printing plate further includes an image controller used for measuring a deviation value between an actual position and a preset position for printing of an alignment film on a substrate. The correcting system of the alignment film printing plate has a simple structure and is capable of realizing different stretching degrees of an alignment film pattern at different positions on the printing plate, so as to improve a correction effect of the printing plate. As a result, deviation can be reduced between an actual position and a preset position for printing of the alignment film on the substrate, without significant increase in costs.

摘要： A printing plate holding apparatus is provided which during a high speed printing operation reduces vibrations and noises caused in a groove for having a grip leading end and a grip trailing end of a printing plate inserted therein, which can fasten the printing plate with greater certainty, and which is suitable for the printing plate to be held securely on such as a sleeve cylinder whose weight reduction is demanded.It is a printing plate holding apparatus in which a printing plate 5 wound on a plate cylinder 2 is to be held securely thereon in a rotary press, the apparatus having a plate insertion groove 4 formed on an outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 2 and extending axially of the plate cylinder 2 for receiving a grip leading end 5a and a grip trailing end 5b of the printing plate 2, and comprising a printing plate retainer plate 6 and a tap bolt 7 for bringing both widthwise lateral end portions of the grip leading and trailing ends 5a and 5b of the printing plate into overlapping each other in the plate insertion groove 2 and for pressing and fastening them against a constraint surface 4b with which the grip trailing end 5b is in contact, in the plate insertion groove 4.

摘要： To secure a thin, flexible printing plate (4) on the circumference of a plate cylinder (2, 20) by inserting the ends of the printing plate into two narrow parallel slits, the printing cylinder has a groove (3, 21) cut therein in which an insert strip (5, 23) is located which has an inner guide portion (6, 24) fitting within the groove, and a projecting engagement or separating wall portion (9, 25) which is narrower than the guide portion, the walls of the engagement or separating wall portion defining, together with the walls of the groove, the respective slits (18, 30) in which the ends of the printing plate can be inserted. The strip can be irremovably adhered to the cylinder in the groove, or can be made axially slidable, for example under control of a worm (27) engaging in the teeth, so that the lateral register of the printing plate wrapped about the circumference of the cylinder can be adjusted, the printing plate engaging suitable abutment strips or pins (13, 31) formed on the insert strip.

摘要： A printer drum includes a leading edge assembly for holding a first end of a substrate, and a trailing edge assembly for holding a second end of the substrate. The leading edge assembly includes a first plurality of interconnected disks, and the trailing edge assembly includes a second plurality of interconnected disks. The disks of the two assemblies are interleaved such that the disks of the trailing edge assembly are rotatable relative to the disks of the leading edge assembly about the axis of rotation of the drum. A balancing disk is interleaved with the disks. A leading edge clamp interconnects the first plurality of disks, and a trailing edge clamp interconnects the second plurality of disks. A plurality of registration pins of the leading edge clamp selectively engage a substrate held by the clamp.
