摘要： An apparatus is disclosed for stacking flat workpieces, which are conveyed on a transport cylinder provided with holding tongs, on a stacking table put against the transport cylinder. The apparatus is provided with a control for opening the holding tongs before reaching the stacking table, and with a braking arrangement for decelerating the workpieces such that the workpieces are set down on the stacking table at a lower speed than the peripheral speed of the transport cylinder. In accordance with the invention the braking arrangement consists of a row of suction nozzles or a suction belt circulating at a lower speed that the transport cylinder.

摘要： An apparatus for stacking double bags, which have been severed by hot-wire welding from a tubular web of plastic and have opening-defining edges adjacent to their center line, includes a wicketer having a horizontal shaft and pairs of juxtaposed spokelike radial feeding arms which are axially spaced apart and secured to the shaft and are provided with means for retaining the double bags. Stacking pallets provided with upstanding stacking pins are slidably movable between the feeding arms, by which the double bags are deposited on the pallets, e.g., on needles provided on the pallets. To permit a trouble-free stacking of the objects without an intermediate stacking and without an interruption of the manufacturing process, a pallet-handling member for guiding and retaining stacking pallets is provided, which extends approximately radially with respect to the shaft and is pivotally movable about the shaft and in a first position delivers a stacking pallet to a pallet holder, which is movably mounted on the shaft, and in a second position removes the pallet from the pallet holder and then moves the pallet to a stack-removing device.

摘要： An apparatus for stacking flattened-out bags has a stacking drum rotatable in one rotational sense about a stacking drum axis at a stacking station which subdivides a conveyor into an upstream stretch that feeds the flattened-out bags one at a time to the drum and a downstream stretch which carries the stacks of bags away from the station. A pressure drum at the station is rotatable in the opposite directional sense about an axis parallel to that of the stacking drum. An axially extending array of generally radially extending pickup needles is provided on the stacking drum pointed forwardly in the respective rotational sense. An axially extending pusher bar is provided on the pressure drum and at least one spot welder is also provided on this pressure drum adjacent the pusher. The drums are rotated in the respective senses at the same peripheral speed which is generally equal to the transport speed of the sheets so as to engage the sheets as same arrive at the station between the needles and the pusher bar and to weld each sheet with the underlying sheet. A radially displaceable stripper element is provided on the stacking drum immediately upstream of the needles for pushing a welded-together stack or pad from the stacking drum.

摘要： In apparatus for forming and taking away packets of bags deposited on a collecting table by a rotary depositing cylinder of a bag-making machine, the table extends substantially radially to the depositing cylinder, the packets of bags are successively withdrawn by gripper units which pass through the collecting table and take them away in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the depositing cylinder. Long and short holding fingers engage through recesses in the collecting table from beneath the latter and project beyond same, are movable longitudinally of the collecting table, can be flexed towards the depositing cylinder and have ends projecting away from the depositing cylinder periphery. The short holding fingers are mounted for reciprocating sliding motion substantially tangentially to the depositing cylinder between their retaining position and a lowered position below the plane of the collecting table. A control is provided which moves the short fingers to their holding position after the packet of bags has been taken away and descends again after the first few bags of the next packet have been collected.

摘要： A vertical winding apparatus includes a winding core generally formed from a flat sheet and having an irregular trapezoidal shape for supporting a continuous belt of packaging blanks. The winding core includes an upper bar separated from a lower body by a pair of opposite support notches which are configured to receive the upper edge of the continuous belt of packaging blanks. Opposite the upper bar portion of the winding core is a slot formed from the bottom edge of the core which is configured to engage a mating slot formed in a rotating drive shaft for rotationally interlocking the winding core to the drive shaft. Further, an unwinding stand is provided which supports the winding core carrying a supply of continuous belt wound thereon. The unwinding stand includes a support frame having wheels at one end and an adjustment screw assembly at an opposite end adapted to tilt one side of the unwinding stand to facilitate removal of the belt wound onto the winding core. A gripping assembly is rotationally mounted to the winding stand for removably gripping the winding core carrying the supply of wound belt.
