The method includes the following steps: providing a carrier having a strip-shaped grill member; cutting the carrier after it has been transferred into a cutting unit to obtain a trimmed grill member; transferring the trimmed grill member onto a machine plate; and performing injection molding with molten plastic after the trimmed grill member is transferred from the machine plate into a mold by a material handling equipment, in order to form a seat body having a speaker basket surrounding the trimmed grill member, with the speaker basket partially embedded in the grid structure of the trimmed grill member.The trimmed grill member and the seat body are thus formed integrally in providing a sound playing assembly. The assembly can help to improve production yield rate and be mass-produced in an automated process.

摘要： The present disclosure discloses a method for forming a silica gel diaphragm and a silica gel diaphragm prepared using the method. The method for forming a silica gel diaphragm includes at least the following steps: step S1: providing a hot pressing mould, and placing at least a dome as an embedment into the hot pressing mould; step S2: injecting liquid silica gel into the hot pressing mould; and step S3: molding the liquid silica gel via hot pressing so as to obtain a silica gel membrane which is at least connected with the dome. The method for forming a silica gel diaphragm provided by the present disclosure is easy to conduct and the formed silica gel diaphragm has good performance.

摘要： In a method for producing an acoustical damping unit, a plurality of bodies, e.g. plastic balls, of predefined sizes are produced and brought together in a desired shape by a 3D printing process. The bodies are arranged such that air can flow through gaps between them, wherein the air can flow through the complete acoustical damping unit. The gaps are interconnected so that the acoustical damping unit is open-pored. An acoustical damping unit in the form of a 3-dimensional body with a desired acoustical damping can be produced by adjusting the size of the bodies, the temperature of the plastic and the speed of application of the plastic bodies.
