摘要： The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a molded article (11) of a rubber polymer to which another article (12) is detachably connected. The method comprises the steps of providing a coupling means (2), comprising a first (2a) and second (2b) member, both of which are provided with interlocking elements (21,22) along connectable edges, the interlocking elements (21,22) being configured to interlock in a substantially continuous way along the edges in the connected state, and unlock in the disconnected state; integrating the first member (2a) and the molded article (11), such that its interlocking elements (21) are available for connection; integrating the second member (2b) and the other article (12), such that its interlocking elements (22) are available for connection; and interlocking the interlocking elements (21,22) of the first and second member (2a,2b) to produce the detachable connection between the articles. The invention further relates to a vehicle spoiler (1), portions of which are mutually connected by the method of the invention.

摘要： A method of manufacture comprising the following steps: (a) during a respective indexing portion of a respective work cycle, advancing a fastener tape made of flexible thermoplastic material along a process pathway, the fastener tape not advancing during a respective dwell time of the respective work cycle; (b) during each dwell time, forming or attaching a respective structural feature of a type on the portion of the fastener tape that is resident at a first fixed station situated along the process pathway, the structural features of that type being spaced at intervals along the portion of the fastener tape that is downstream of the first fixed station; (c) while the fastener tape is advancing along the process pathway during the indexing portion of each work cycle, transmitting light toward a volume of space at a second fixed station, the process pathway intersecting and passing through the volume of space; and (d) photodetecting at least portions of the transmitted light after some or all of the transmitted light has entered and then exited the volume of space at the second fixed station, the photodetected portions of the transmitted light being converted into electrical signals.

摘要： A plurality of continuous strings which have been formed in a molding machine are wound about vertical axes. The strings are pulled from the molding machine simultaneously by a first tensioning device which maintains the strings under tension. The strings are advanced simultaneously from the first tensioning mechanism by a first drive means. As the strings are advanced by the first drive means, they are drawn by a plurality of second tensioning mechanisms which maintain the strings under tension. The strings are wound upon respective reels which pull the strings from the second tensioning mechanisms. The reels are capable of rotating independently of one another. After a preselected number of turns of the string have been wound, a reinforcing member is clamped against an upper edge of those turns to prevent the subsequently wound outer turns from excessively radially compressing the inner turns.
