摘要： A tubular product manufacturing apparatus successively delivers an injection molded tubular shaped body in the delivery direction. The manufacturing apparatus detects a defect on the surface of the molded body passing through the detection position in the delivery direction. The manufacturing apparatus separates a tubular product from the molded body. When a portion having a predetermined length in the molded body passes the detection position without detecting a defect, the manufacturing apparatus separates a tubular product from the molded body, which contains the portion having the predetermined length. When a defect is detected before a portion having the predetermined length in the molded body BT passes through the detection position, the manufacturing apparatus separates the defective tubular product from the molded body. The length of the defective tubular product is shorter than a good product length which is the length of the tubular product including the portion of the predetermined length.

摘要： A method for fabricating a belt with upstream treatment of a tension member. The belt comprises a belt body made of a polymeric material having elastic properties, having a top ply as belt backing and a substructure having a force transmission zone, and a tension member embedded into the belt body. The tension member has been treated with crosslinked polymer; in an upstream stage of the belt fabrication method, voids in the tension member are filled at least partly with crosslinked polymer and the tension member is sealed with an envelope layer of crosslinked polymer, this being done, in a single treatment stage or in at least two treatment stages, by wetting of the tension member with an overall treatment mixture comprising at least one prepolymer, at least one crosslinker and at least one solvent or dispersion medium, and then drying of the treated tension member.

摘要： The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a rubber band, comprising preparing a production raw material: mixing and stirring by weight percent 50%-80% vinyl-terminated polydimethylmethylvinylsiloxane, 19%-40% silica and 1%-10% hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane into a paste ready for use; feeding the aforementioned production raw material into forming molds to produce rough rubber bands; soaking the rough rubber bands in a surface treatment solution for a certain time period, wherein the surface treatment solution comprises by weight percent 40%-50% methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 30%-35% deodorized kerosene, 7%-10% oxygen-containing silicon oil and 10%-20% silicon powder; taking the soaked rough rubber bands out of the solution after soaking and baking them at a high temperature of 200-250° C. A rubber band made according to the above-described method has good elasticity, a non-slip property, no cracks after stretching, is not easy to be broken, durable, non-toxic, environmentally friendly and nondeformable for multiple times of use.

摘要： A system and method of making an open-ended, reinforced, layered belt having a profile layer, a top layer material, and tensile cords fully encapsulated there between. The method includes engaging portion of the profile layer on a rotatable cylindrical mandrel with an engaging roller, disengaging with a take-off roller, and applying and fusing the cords to the profile layer at a desired cord spacing there between. The cord may be fused by melting the profile layer surface with a heated plow and/or with heated cord. The cord is then covered with the top layer material in a lamination step involving heating to melt at least a portion of the top layer and pressing it to fuse it to the reinforced profile layer. Lamination may be done downstream or directly on the mandrel.

The method is a method for manufacturing a seamless belt for electrophotography including a base layer having a thermoplastic resin composition, and a surface layer, wherein the method includes: (1) forming an energy curable coated film having a glass transition temperature on an outer surface of a test tube-shaped preform including a thermoplastic resin; then blow molding the preform to obtain a blow bottle; (2) irradiating the blow bottle with an energy ray to cure the coated film to thereby form the surface layer; and (3) cutting out a seamless belt from the blow bottle obtained in (2) and having a surface layer.

The release properties of the nip roll material can permit intermittent contact without the coating adhering to the surface of the roller and wrapping the nip. Also disclosed is a high release nip roll belt made of a high release material on the top and bottom surfaces of the belt. The belt can be positioned at each end of a nip roll so that areas of the nip roll typically vulnerable to molten thermoplastic material contact are protected by a belt.
