摘要： A method of manufacturing suspension seating includes providing a blank to be used in a suspension member. The blank has a non-visible marker. The method also includes illuminating the non-visible marker with an excitation source. The non-visible marker becomes detectable when illuminated by the excitation source. The method further includes sensing the non-visible marker with a sensor. The sensor is configured to detect the non-visible marker when illuminated by the excitation source. The method also includes determining, by a controller, a characteristic of the blank using the non-visible marker. The controller is in communication with the sensor and configured to receive information related to the non-visible marker from the sensor. The method further includes adjusting the blank to achieve the desired characteristic.

摘要： A device for stretching a thermoplastic film simultaneously in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction is provided. The device includes, on each side of the film (F) to be stretched, grasping members for grasping a lateral edge of the film (F), and guide members; first and second guide rails (R1, R2), on which the members and are respectively able to move; first connecting rods connecting the grasping members and the guide members. In an embodiment, each guide member is connected to a single grasping member by one or several of said first connecting rods, and is connected to a first longitudinal adjusting member by one or several second connecting rods connected to the first longitudinal adjusting member; and the device includes adjusting means for adjusting the position and orientation of said first longitudinal adjusting member relative to said first and second guide rail (R1, R2).

摘要： Methods and systems for making a film made of dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomeric material are provided herein. The subject methods and systems achieve dimensional stability of an elastic film by applying thermal treatment as part of the film making process and enhance the shrinkage of the film by intentionally with stretching the film while hot and freezing the film in the stretch. The systems and methods are useful in controlling shrinkage of DVA post film extrusion.

摘要： In manufacture of a polyimide film, self-supporting film is heated with both ends in a width direction held and carried by the tenter apparatus. The tenter apparatus has a guide member placed on each side of a carry path for the self-supporting film and a pair of tenter chains each moved along the guide member and each including a film holding mechanism for holding an edge portion of the self-supporting film. The tenter chain has a rotating body supported rotatably around a shaft member extending in a direction in parallel with a carry face of the self-supporting film and perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the guide member for movably supporting the tenter chain. The shaft member is directly or indirectly fixed to a member identical to a member to which the film holding mechanism is fixed.
