摘要： Provided is a system and method for building retaining and freestanding stone walls, wherein wall panels are made, then transported to an installation location, and installed on site quickly and efficiently. The wall panels are made in wall frames that use joint forms to provided wall panels having sides that reliably and securely mater together. The joint forms include “zig-zag” like connections and a structural interlocking key, engineered to prevent vertical and lateral deformation of the assembled wall. Drainage and strengthening materials are built into the wall panels while in the wall frames. A lifting apparatus is also provided that engages a wall panel through openings formed in a rear side, and stably lifts and flips the wall panel from a facedown orientation to an upright orientation.

摘要： The invention relates to a method of patterning a concrete surface and a pattern transfer mat for use in the method. The pattern transfer mat has a transfer surface having three-dimensional irregularities and carrying a multiplicity of grains to be transferred to the substrate concrete. Concrete is cast against the transfer surface of the mat and cured in situ and the mat is then detached. The aesthetic grains are grains having a cement powder deposited thereon beforehand. The cement powder absorbs water to cause fine air cells therein to collapse. Thus, the finished surface of the case concrete structure is made smoother.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a building block which imitates a pile of dry stones. According to the method, the stones (10) are placed side-by-side on the bottom of a mold whose inside shape corresponds to the desired block shape, said bottom being constituted by a grating. Cement is then cast inside the mold. The cement (11) is compressed in order to force it to spread out uniformly inside the mold and to creep between the stones (10). While the cement is kept under pressure, water is projected through the bottom grating against the outside face of the block (1), so as to remove any cement which may be found thereon. Pressure is then removed from the cement and it is allowed to set. Finally the block (1) is extracted from the mold.

摘要： A method of making a cast concrete panel with coarse aggregate exposed on its upper face as cast comprising the steps of pouring and compacting wet concrete having a coarse aggregate content into a casting bed, leveling the upper surface of the concrete to the desired height by means that includes the passage thereover of a screed roller rotating in a direction to push excess surface concrete in advance of the screed roller, lifting coarse aggregate towards the upper surface of the concrete in advance of the screed roller by passing the free ends of rotating aggregate lifter arms through the concrete, the aggregate lifter-arms being spaced apart a distance to support coarse aggregate therebetween, whereby to lift and concentrate coarse aggregate in the wet concrete towards the surface, and to deposit a high concentration of coarse aggregate in front of said screed roller, said aggregate lifter arms being mounted radially of a rotating shaft that rotates in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the screed roller, compacting the concentrated coarse aggregate to leave cement and fine aggregate as an overlay to the compacted coarse aggregate by the passage over the surface layer of a compacting roller that is rotated in the opposite direction to the screed roller with respect to the direction of travel of roller rotation along the casting bed to compact coarse aggregate and deposit cement and fine aggregate as an overlay as aforesaid, permitting the body of the concrete to cure, and exposing the coarse aggregate on the upper face by removing cement and fine aggregate from between the coarse aggregate to expose the coarse aggregate on the flat upper surface of the panel as cast.
