摘要： A fastening tool assembly is provided with a housing having a contact surface to contact a workpiece. A magazine is mounted in the housing to store fasteners and to convey the fasteners to a fastener outlet. A knife is mounted in the housing for translation between a latched position and a release position to drive a fastener from the magazine through the outlet during translation to the release position. A biasing member is mounted in the housing and is operably connected to the knife to bias the knife to the release position. A handle is mounted to the housing to translate relative to the housing. The handle is operably connected to the knife and the biasing member to load the biasing member and release the knife and the biasing member, thereby permitting the biasing member to return the knife to the release position to drive a fastener through the outlet.

摘要： A hand operated stapling tool, which uses the energy stored in a spring to install staples by an impact blow, is disclosed. A housing body is preferably cast or molded. A hand lever is pivotally attached to the rear of the body, pressing the hand lever stores energy in a power spring through an actuating lever inside the housing body, and further pressing the hand lever releases the stored energy in an impact blow by a driving blade, which expels a staple down the housing body. A bend on the driving blade engages an actuating lever, and such structure make the stapler more compact. A staple feeding track is formed at the bottom of the housing body, and the stored staples are secured by a rear-hinged panel.

A positioning plate is received in the magazine and a first spring connected between the positioning plate and the magazine. A pusher is slidably engaged with the positioning plate and a connection plate is connected to the pusher. The connection plate is slidably connected between the arm and the magazine. A protrusion extends from the magazine and a positioning hook extends from the positioning plate so that a second spring has one end connected to the pusher and the second spring goes around the protrusion on the magazine, and the other end of the second spring is engaged with the positioning hook. The second spring will not be exposed when loading staples and the second spring does not occupy the space of the magazine.
