摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a bearing component (1), in particular a connecting rod (1), from a molded part (2), wherein the bearing component (1) includes at least one divided bearing seat (5) formed by a bearing base (3) and a bearing cover (4), and a bearing seat surface (7) coated with a bearing layer (6) of a bearing layer material is formed in the bearing seat (5) for supporting a shaft. In the method of the present invention the bearing cover (4) is separated from the molded part (2) along a separating surface (8). In accordance with the invention, a masking agent (M) is disposed perpendicularly with respect to a separating line (10) on the bearing seat surface (7) during a coating process for applying the bearing layer (6) in order to form a coating-free region, such that a recess (9) at a predetermined width (B) is produced in the bearing layer (6). The masking agent (M) is formed as an element which is separate from the bearing component (1) and is not connected thereto. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out an efficient and cost-effective production method for coated bearing components.

摘要： A device for manufacturing a connecting rod comprises a fixed stage secured onto a base, a movable stage so installed as to be move close to and apart from the fixed stage, and a set of backup cylinders displacing the overall movable stage along the axial direction of the connecting rod. The set of backup cylinders are substantially simultaneously biased to displace a cap part together with the movable stage until the fractured surface of the cap part of the connecting rod abuts on the fractured surface of the rod part of the connecting rod held on the fixed stage. Consequently, the removal and release of chips produced on the mating fractured surfaces can be promoted.

摘要： The present invention relates to a connecting rod assembly and method of manufacturing same. The method includes defining a small end of a connecting rod having a terminal end and defining a pin bore extending through the small end. A pair of channels is forged on opposite sides of the small end, such that each of the channels is substantially perpendicular to the pin bore. A bushing having a contact surface including at least partially annular grooves and opposed distal ends is subsequently formed and installed into the pin bore of the small end. Following installation of the bushing, the connecting rod is machined to reduce the width of the small end between each channel and the terminal end to where at least a portion of the grooves are disposed along the distal ends to reduce the need to deburr the area adjacent the pin bore.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a connecting rod assembly including the steps of defining a small end of a connecting rod assembly having a terminal end and then defining a pin bore extending through the small end of the connecting rod assembly. A pair of channels is formed on opposite sides of the small end of the connecting rod assembly wherein the axis of each of the channels is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the pin bore.
