摘要： The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a method for producing pulp fibres for saccharification from the pulp fibres of used sanitary items, said pulp fibres for saccharification having low lignin contents distributed within a narrow range, and enabling the production of pulp fibres for saccharification having superior saccharification properties. The production method according to the present disclosure is characterised by comprising the following: a step for supplying a mixed solution (51) containing pulp fibres and highly-absorbent polymers sourced from used sanitary items to a treatment tank (31) via a mixed-solution supply port (32); a step for supplying an ozone-containing gas (53) to a treatment solution (52) within the treatment tank (31) via an ozone-containing-gas supply port (43); a step for lifting the ozone-containing gas (53) whilst lowering the pulp fibres and highly-absorbent polymers within the treatment tank (31), thereby bringing the ozone-containing gas (53) into contact with the pulp fibres and highly-absorbent polymers, and forming pulp fibres for saccharification from the pulp fibres; and a step for discharging the treatment solution (52) via a treatment-solution discharge port (33). The method is further characterised in that the pulp fibres for saccharification have lignin contents of 0.1% or less.

The smart waste bin sensor device comprises a set of sensors that sends and receives signals through a wireless network to a cloud server. The set of sensors implements, operates, detects, measures, and monitors environmental conditions inside or outside the waste bin. A waste and litter sensor detects, measures, and monitors a waste type, a waste volume, a litter type, a litter level, a biohazardous waste type, and a biohazardous waste level. A pathogen biosensor detects, measures, and monitors a pathogen type and a biosafety level. The pathogen biosensor comprises a sterilizer to kill pathogens. A waste bin mobile application and a waste collection facility application functionality enable a user to monitor waste in the waste bin.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for gasification of carbon-containing materials including biohazard wastes, and more specifically, to a method for gasification of carbon-containing materials which allows an increase in carbon efficiency and a reduction in carbon dioxide emission, comprising the steps of: biohazard wastes grinding and sterilization, mix with carbon-containing materials for the gasification; and catalytic production of diesel fuel. A system having a movable platform including: material preparation block, gasification and catalytic of diesel fuel production reactors which are structurally and functionally integrated. In the practice of the process, a mixture of carbon-containing materials, a compressed air feed and process steam is fed to the gasifier to produce a synthesis gas. The synthesis gas is fed to the Fischer-Tropsch reactor where it is catalytically reacted to produce heavy hydrocarbons. The outlet from the Fischer-Tropsch reactor is separated into water, a low heating value tail gas, and the desired hydrocarbon liquid product. The water is pressurized and heated to generate process steam. The system further includes a plurality of heat exchangers that enable heat to be recovered from the outlet of the gasifier. The recovered heat is used to make the process steam as well as to preheat the hydrocarbon mix before it is fed to the gasifier and preheat the synthesis gas before it is fed to the Fischer-Tropsch reactor. The method of the present invention greatly increases carbon efficiency and reduces the generation of carbon dioxide.

摘要： Improvements in a processing basket lining system for slide maker-stainer instrument. The utility liner is configured to sit on top of the processing baskets that are customarily occupied/filled with the processing reagents. The probe jackets are shaped to slip in and out without interfere with its capacity to dispense-drain reagents while submerged to the intended reagents in the processing baskets. The liners provide a surface between the processing baskets or probes and the reagents where debris can accumulate as a waste by-product of the process largely in quantities or simply just by the length of use time. The disposable utility lining system, processing basket and probe cover are disposable. The liners are preferably made of plastics. The material of choice is tested not to react with the processing reagent for a period of time, depending on the manufacturer's maintenance requirement.

摘要： A quick blade repair and replacement enabled apparatus integrating medical waste shredding and sterilization is a dismountable integrally assembled vertical structure. Three chambers, including a loading and stirring, a shredding and a sterilization and discharging chamber are connected into a whole. Two repair gates are respectively on the left and right sides of the shredding chamber, they are designed as a whole together with the rotary blade shaft, when repair and replace the blades, only the repair gates need to be dismounted, and the replacement process can be finished outside the shredding chamber. The stationary blades are pressed on the inner wall of the shredding chamber by using binder plate, and bolts for securing the binder plate are screwed from outside.

摘要： An oxo-biodegradable antimicrobial receptacle for organic waste or waste from care activities which comprises a layer comprising low density polyethylene, an oxo-biodegradation additive at between 0.2 and 2.2% by weight and an antimicrobial additive at between 0.2 and 2.2% by weight, distributed in the polyethylene. It affords a period of preservation, in the dark, of at least 3 years, preferably 5 years, at a temperature not exceeding 30° C. The preservation is estimated by the carbonyl optical density resulting from the degradation of the polyethylene, measured according to the standard ISO 10640-2011 by FT-IR spectroscopy. The oxo-degradation is inhibited by the absence of light, and a period of degradation estimated by the carbonyl optical density of less than 2 years. The oxo-degradation additive does not promote Clostridium difficile spores.

摘要： A waste processing system includes a receptacle for waste material, including bags of waste, and a liquid to be mixed with the waste. The receptacle has an inlet, a waste outlet, and at least one nozzle opening with at least one slicing nozzle that sprays a slicing fluid under pressure sufficient to manipulate the waste material. The system includes a pump for chopping the waste material and circulating and mixing the liquid and waste material, a waste inlet conduit, and a waste outlet conduit. The receptacle, pump, waste inlet and waste outlet conduits define a closed, pressurized waste processing circuit for circulating the liquid and waste. The system also includes a heating system to heat the liquid and waste to effect biological neutralization of the liquid and waste material, and all surfaces of the waste processing system with which the waste material being processed comes into contact.
