    • The present invention is one that is intended to prevent bubbles from being recombined to suppress the bubbles from being enlarged, and also homogenize a temperature distribution of a stored liquid source, and provided with: a liquid source container; a first heater that is provided on a side wall of the liquid source container and intended to heat the stored liquid source to a predetermined temperature; a second heater that is provided in an inside central part of the liquid source container and intended to heat the stored liquid source to the predetermined temperature; a plurality of bubble generators that are immersed into the stored liquid source, provided between the second heater and the side wall, and release carrier gas into the liquid source to perform bubbling; and a gas supply pipe that supplies the carrier gas to the bubble generators.

    • A new baffle device for a distiller has a tubular body and a baffle member fixed with respect to such body. The baffle member has a plurality of apertures for stripping dissolved solids from steam passing through the member. The distiller raw water vessel has a steam discharge nozzle and the baffle device extends part way into and is in telescoped engagement with the nozzle. The device is held in place by a retention ring and both the ring and the device are quickly removable from the raw water vessel for easy cleaning of the device and the vessel. The distiller has a condensing platform with a steam receiving port built into it. When the raw water vessel is on the platform in the water-boiling position, the baffle device extends between the nozzle and the port and forms a conduit for steam to flow to the condensing coil.

    • A boiling pot over flow prevention apparatus is disclosed comprised of a flexible, directional nozzle focussing a direct stream of cool air directly downward into a boiling pot. A stabilized a base is provided to contain a fan unit, and has inlet vent structures. The fan unit is battery operated and is activated to draw cool air into the inlet vent structures and out through the flexible, directional nozzle and through a focusing aperture. When placed next to a boiling pot the flexible, directional nozzle can be conformed to direct an airflow downward into the pot. By activating the fan unit a smooth steady stream of cool air can be drawn in and directed into the pot. This air flow operates both to disburse the foam that is generated as well as to stabilizing and maintaining the heat flux through and out from the top of the boiling pot.
