摘要： A punching bag system includes a punching bag that is suspended from a supporting structure. In this way the punching bag is positioned to be struck during striking training. A support is coupled to and extends upwardly from the punching bag and the support is coupled to the supporting structure. A plurality of ball units is provided and each of the ball units is removably coupled to the support. Each of the ball units abuts the punching bag thereby facilitating each of the ball units to be selectively struck during striking training.

摘要： An apparatus for measuring athletic performance includes a swivel joint that includes a housing, a coupling member and a sensing device. The housing includes first and second arms, each arm defining an aperture therethrough, the arms defining a gap and being oriented with the respective apertures aligned across the gap from one another. The coupling member includes an axle that passes through the apertures, is rotatable with respect to the housing, forms first and second attachment points, and forms a protrusion that extends outward from the axle. The coupling member further includes a bar that couples with the attachment points, and curves sufficiently to clear ends of the arms as the axle rotates within the apertures. The sensing device is responsive to produce an electrical signal representative of athletic performance when rotation of the coupling member moves the protrusion through a predefined rotational position within the gap.

摘要： A swivel joint system for hanging a heavy punching bag from an overhead support has a swivel joint defining at least first and second perpendicular pivot axes and a hanging shaft having a lower end pivotally connected to the universal joint for rotation about the first pivot axis and an upper end configured for rotatable attachment to an overhead support for free rotation about a third pivot axis. A hanging tube is pivotally connected to the universal joint for rotation about the second pivot axis, and releasably secured to a mounting plate. A plurality of attachment members are rigidly attachable at spaced locations around the mounting plate to surround the hanging tube and configured for attachment to straps at the upper end of a heavy punching bag.

摘要： An adjustable support for a speed bag includes a base and a telescoping support column. The column is pivotably connected to the base and movable between a folded position and a deployed upright position. The support further includes a cantilever arm having a first end pivotably connected to an upper column portion of the column, and a speed bag platform is secured adjacent a second end of the cantilever arm. The cantilever arm is movable between a first folded position and a second cantilever position. A platform locking mechanism releasably secures the cantilever arm in the second cantilever position, whereby the pivoting and telescoping column and the pivoting cantilever arm and speed bag platform allow the speed bag to be deployed and used at a plurality of heights and orientations.

摘要： A striking bag features a resiliently flexible foam tube, and a striking surface that is connected to an end of the flexible tube to hang therefrom in an exposed position strikeable from below. A threaded rod projects from an upper end of the flexible tube for coupling with a surface mount that is fastened to a ceiling or other suitable overhead surface. The surface mount features a rigid portion into which the threaded rod is threaded. The foam of the tube and the threaded rod solely define a resiliency by which the tube flexes and returns to a normal straight position relative to the ceiling mount. A fabric loop at a bottom of the striking surface allows selective connection of a stretchable tether between the striking surface and a ground based tether point to change a responsive character of the striking bag and enable two distinctive modes of use.

摘要： A boxing game machine includes a punch bag, a frame, a rocker, a catch, a latch and a spring. The rocker is pivotally connected to the frame between an idle position and an active position. The punch bag is secured to an end of the rocker. The catch is secured to another end of the cocker and formed with a radial edge. The latch is movably supported on the frame and formed with an edge for sliding into contact with radial edge of the catch so that the latch engages with the catch. The spring biases the latch into engagement with the catch to keep the rocker in the idle position.
