    • A foldable treadmill comprising a base bracket, a deck coupled to the base bracket for moving between a use position and a stored position, a support post extending upwardly and movably coupled to the deck, and a handle pivotally connected to the support post. A handle linkage can be coupled to the handle, and a lifting device can be coupled between the base bracket and the handle linkage for moving the handle when the deck is being moved. In one embodiment, the lifting device includes a support rod coupled to the support post and a deck rod coupled between the base bracket and the support rod. In this embodiment, the support rod has a first portion slidably coupled to the deck and another portion coupled to the handle linkage. The treadmill can further include a control panel movably coupled to the top portion of the support post. Preferably, a link bar is coupled between the control panel and the handle for moving the control panel when the deck is being moved.

    • An articulating treadmill is disclosed that includes a support frame, a motor frame, and a base frame. The motor frame is pivotally attached to the support frame along a first pivot line, and the base frame is pivotally attached to motor frame along a second pivot line spaced from the first pivot line. The base frame pivots about the second pivot line from an unfolded configuration to a folded configuration, and vice versa. The treadmill includes an elevation motor having an extension arm. The elevation motor is attached between the motor frame and a base of the support frame. As the extension arm of the elevation motor extends or retracts, the incline of the treadmill support bed increases or decreases, respectively. The treadmill also includes an adjustable roller system.

    • Apparatus and method of factory or post-manufacture installation of at least two exercise equipment units in tractor-trailer vehicles with sleepers. The exercise equipment units are stored initially in storage compartments located under beds behind the driver and passenger seats. The exercise equipment units are securely held within the storage compartments by storage locking mechanisms. Each exercise equipment unit is movable manually or electronically from the storage compartment to an operational or use position within the tractor-trailer walking space or sleeping area. In the operational position, the selected exercise equipment unit is secured by an operation locking mechanism in the operational position; adjusted and setup for use by multiple users. The exercise equipment units are connected to a computer for sensing, remote monitoring and displaying of vital signs of at least two users. The selected exercise equipment unit may be returned manually or electronically to either the first or said second storage compartment and re-secured in the storage compartment.

    • A folding-up mechanism for an electric treadmill having a single lifting motor for adjusting a platform frame to an inclined and upright position with a handrail frame moved to a storage position. The lifting motor and a drive screw are interposed between two base frames. The drive screw is screwed in a slip pipe with female thread. An intermediate tube is pivotally coupled to a rear end of the slip pipe with a front crossbar and a handrail frame coupled to the opposing end of the intermediate tube. One end of the platform frame is pivotally attached to an upright bar of the base frames while a bottom side of the platform frame is pivotally coupled to a telescopic tube, a pull rod, and a push rod that are in turn coupled to the slip pipe, the intermediate tube, and the handrail frame so that the slip pipe is movable to and fro when the lifting motor is activated to impart an in-place rotation to the drive screw, thereby achieving the expected effects.
