摘要： A hot stone therapy and acupressure roller including a specially designed rod where hollow, cylindrical stones, along with acupressure pins, are spaced along the rod. As the rod is applied to the body, the attached stones roll and acupressure may be applied. Targeted acupressure can be applied on either side of the rod, and the acupressure pins serve to bold the cylindrical stones and spacers in place. The stones can be inserted onto the rod or used individually. The stones can be used to conduct a cold and/or hot stone massage. Additionally, each end of the rod is shaped for use as a massage tool. When using either end of the rod as a massage tool, the acupressure pins serve to improve grip and increase leverage.

摘要： A system and method for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is illustrated and described. The system is a portable massage system for application with the feet. The system includes a frame to resist flexure and configured to hold a rod assembly. The rod assembly is elevated by the frame and configured to rotate upon the application of a tangential force to a surface of the rod assembly. The rod assembly includes a rod having two ends. Each end of the rod is inserted into a portion of the frame. Additionally, the assembly includes a grip configured to surround a portion of the rod and used to increase friction upon contact. Rotation of the rod assembly selectively applies pressure to stimulate blood flow.

摘要： A therapeutic apparatus for therapeutically treating an individual, which includes an upper support, a frame for supporting an inner working assembly and attaching thereto lobe and seat lever controls and a switch panel for motor control, and a structural base for supporting the upper support and frame and attaching thereto a leg rest. The inner working assembly includes rightward and leftward segments each having fore and aft lobes connected together by a hinge mechanism and in part by a flexible guide rail and a plurality of roller assemblies each connected to chains to propel the roller assemblies, with the assistance of the motor, over the flexible guide rails. The lobe lever control changes the geometric profile of the flexible guide rails to correspond with the individual's spine, whereas the seat lever control changes the position of an adjustable lower support to allow the roller assemblies to motion the pelvic region upward and downward and inward and outward to effect traction of the spine.

摘要： An assembly comprising of spiral sub-assemblies, each provided with plastic rollers and connected to an output shaft of a gearbox attached to a swinging beam, is mounted to a seat frame with two vertical wires. Two adjustable cables are connected to the swinging beam-ends, and press the spiral assembly rollers against the seat-back cover by bending the vertical wires. The rotation of the spiral assemblies moves the contact points of the rollers with the seat-back cover up and down, creating a massage effect throughout the seat-back cover.

摘要： This invention relates to a chair, particularly to one provided with a massage device positioned in a seat, backrest, thigh rest or armest. The massage device is composed of a frame and massage roller unit consisting of plural rows of massage rollers fixed in the frame. Two pivotal plates are provided with a center shaft hole for center shaft and two shaft holes respectively for a center shaft and two independent shafts to fit pivotally therein and string each row of the massage rollers.
