In another aspect, a system of supports for supporting a user is presented. A group of the supports is arranged along the perimeter of the shape. In another aspect, the supports are arranged as a repeating pattern of shapes, the individual supports being peripherally disposed along perimeters of the shapes. The repeating pattern of shapes includes a first shape overlapping with a second shape, and some of the individual supports are disposed along perimeters of both the first and second shapes.

The adjustment system is configured to extend and retract at least one adjustment element to adjust the position of the occupant, and the processing circuit is configured to determine the position of the occupant in the wheelchair based on the sensor data and adjust the adjustment element based on the determined position of the occupant.

摘要： A torso support for a seat, having: a padding base 2; an outer link 3; an inner link 4; a U shaped clamp 6; a release button 5; a pivot pin 7; and a seat attachment bracket 8. The inner link 4 has a space housing the button 5. The button 5 can be pressed so it pivots between locking and unlocking dispositions. When in the locking disposition, the inner edge 13 of the button is close to a short arm of the clamp so they are almost abutting. This prevents the inner link 14 pivoting because to move in that way would cause a clash between the inner edge of the clamp 6 and the button 5.

摘要： The stand-up unit comprises a support a stand-up frame, which is articulated on the support and has a seat carrier carrying a seat, and a backrest carrier carrying a backrest. Furthermore, a first lever parallelogram is provided in order to maintain the backrest upright in any position. The backrest can be displaced by the first lever parallelogram by means of a rod, in order to ensure that no undesirable relative movement occurs between the backrest and the back of the user when getting up or sitting down. A second lever parallelogram controls the movement of the seat when getting up and sitting down to ensure that no relative movement develops between the seat and buttocks of the user. The stand-up unit may be provided with a base to serve as a chair, particularly a therapy chair. The stand-up unit, however, may also serve as a stand-up wheelchair, when connected to an undercarriage. Spring joint elements support the standing up.
