摘要： A warewash machine includes a chamber with a wash zone and front, left and right access openings. At least one spray arm is disposed to spray liquid toward the wash zone. A multi-sided hood assembly includes movable front, left, right and top wall sections, and is movable between a lowered and closed position for washing and a raised open position for inlet and outlet of wares. A stationary chamber rear wall includes an outlet opening fluidly connected with a vapor extraction unit at a back side of the rear wall. The vapor extraction unit includes an enclosure with a condenser therein, wherein incoming water to the machine from a cold water input passes through the condenser, wherein the enclosure includes an air outlet to surrounding ambient environment and at least one air mover.

摘要： A method of operating a dishwasher appliance includes initiating a wash cycle of the dishwasher appliance. The wash cycle includes operating the dishwasher appliance in a wash mode for a first predetermined amount of time by positioning a diverter in a first position to direct a fluid flow to a spray assembly of the dishwasher appliance. The method also includes positioning the diverter in a second position to direct the fluid flow to a filter cleaning manifold for a second predetermined amount of time. The method further includes sensing the second position of the diverter with a position sensor. The method further includes performing a predetermined action after the second predetermined amount of time when the second position of the diverter is sensed before the first predetermined amount of time has elapsed.

摘要： A dishwasher includes a hot water inlet device for intake of hot water from an external hot water supply and a cold water inlet device for intake of cold water from an external cold water supply. A program control device controls a wash cycle of a selected dishwashing program for cleaning wash items. The program control device is constructed to operate in at least one of first and second operating modes, wherein the first operating mode includes activation of one wash program which, in at least one partial wash cycle of a wash cycle, draws hot water from the external hot water supply, and wherein the second operating mode includes activation of another wash program which, in at least one partial wash cycle of a wash cycle, exclusively draws cold water from the external cold water supply.

摘要： A dishwasher includes an independent presoak system which may be activated by a user of the dishwasher. The dishwasher presoak system utilizes a storage tank, supply tubes, and set of nozzles which are independent from components used in a washing cycle such that a presoak detergent is applied to items placed within a washing compartment of the dishwasher without being diluted by a standard wash cycle. As part of the presoak system, the dishwasher features a detection system which allows the user to select an automatic presoak operating state whereby the dishwasher utilizes a sensor to determine if items placed into the washing compartment are sufficiently dirty to need a presoak cycle prior to a washing cycle. The dishwasher further relies on a control system to analyze samples taken of the dirtiness levels of items placed within the washing compartment and determine whether a presoak option is necessary or suggested.
