摘要： A culinary injection delivery device including a cylindrical housing having an interior volume. The cylindrical housing is opened at both ends. The first opened end has a delivery nozzle attached thereto. The second opened end has a plunger located therein. The plunger is made up of a stick and at least two disks. A first disk located on an end of the stick and a second disk located slightly aft of the first disk. A spring located be the first and second disk is configured to push the first disk forward. The first disk has an extension placed thereon that matches the interior of the delivery nozzle. The spring will push the first disk forward releasing a food product.

摘要： An apparatus including a housing; a plurality of prongs connected to the housing so that the prongs are movable with respect to the housing; and a device for holding a food; and wherein the plurality of prongs are configured to be moved from a position outside of the food to a position where the plurality of prongs are inserted into the food; and wherein the plurality of prongs are configured to insert a substance into the food. The substance may be a seasoning. The apparatus may include a device for cleaning the plurality of prongs through a vacuum process and/or a blower process; wherein the device has an input configured to connect to one of the plurality of prongs. The apparatus may include a cook food platform; a sandwich platform; a hot beverage platform; and a cold beverage platform.

The injector includes a pistol-shaped housing which encloses a battery-powered motor for constant-rate delivery of liquid from a peristaltic pump. The injector also includes a fluid conduit within the housing through which liquid is pumped from a reservoir of liquid to a needle for injection into the meat.

摘要： An apparatus and process for marinating foodstuffs in a short period of time are disclosed. The apparatus includes a base assembly defining a support surface, a removable cover disposed over the support surface and defining therewith an air-tight vessel for holding the foodstuffs and the marinade, and a vacuum pump assembly for withdrawing air from the vessel through a vacuum port communicating therewith. Upon withdrawing the air from the vessel and reducing the pressure therein, the foodstuffs expand and air is drawn out of the foodstuffs, creating voids therein, and, upon opening a pressure relief valve and returning the pressure therein to atmospheric, the marinade is drawn into the voids in the foodstuffs, thereby tenderizing and imparting flavor to the foodstuffs.
