摘要： A coffee bean grinder is provided, comprising a housing assembly, a shaft component, and a securing member. The shaft component is assembled in the housing assembly. When a coffee bean grinding complex is formed by an inner grinding member of the shaft component and an outer grinding member of the housing assembly, the shaft component and the housing assembly can be easily assembled and secured through the structural configuration of the securing member, and also through which, the shaft component and the housing assembly can also be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance after grinding operation.

A first angle between a first subset of curved teeth of the frustoconical burr and the first curved teeth of the ring burr provides a grinding gap having an angle smaller than a second angle between a second subset of curved teeth of the frustoconical burr and the first curved teeth of the ring burr. A geometrical outline taken through the cusps of the second curved teeth at the top end face of the frustoconical burr opposite the base is a square or rectangle. This grinding unit produces a ground product, such as ground coffee beans, with fewer turns than known grinding units and with less effort. The properties and qualities of the resulting ground products are superior to those obtained with conventional grinding units because flavour and aroma are retained.

摘要： An inner grinding member of a pepper grinder comprises a main body and a cushion member. The inner grinding member is received in, and can turn relative to an outer grinding member for grinding pepper into small particulate therebetween. The inner grinding member can be made of porcelain, and has a holding room on a bottom side. The cushion member is made of plastic, and comprises a polygonal lower part, and an upper part. The holding room is shaped such that the cushion member can be received therein with no space in between. A bolt is passed through the main body and the cushion member, and connects a nut arranged under the cushion member. The bolt is further connected to a transmission member. The cushion member can prevent the inner porcelain grinding member from being broken by the nut when the bolt is screwed into the nut too hard.

摘要： A grinder assembly which minimizes deviations in the path of ground material as well as other interfering structure is provided. A receiving chamber is disposed above a grinding mechanism and provides for direct transfer of material to be ground from the outlet aperture of the receiving chamber to the grinding mechanism. The grinding mechanism is driven from above and, therefore, no other structure necessary which may interfere with the ejection of grounds from the grinder assembly. A vacuum-stabilized base plate may also be provided in order to securely and removably mount the grinder assembly to a surface.
