    • A steamer has a steam mode and hot liquid mode, incorporated within a drinking liquid appliance comprising an electrical setup; at least one first tube, having one first end and one first exit and at least one second tube, having one second end and one second exit; at least one heating element, coupled with the electrical setup, wrapped around tubes selected from a group comprising of: the at least one first tube; the at least one second tube; and a combination thereof; a steam delivery apparatus, having a nozzle, wherein the steam delivery apparatus is coupled with the electrical setup configured to activate the steamer in the steam mode by rotating the apparatus, wherein the second exit is fluidically connected to the steam delivery apparatus; a valve coupled with the electrical setup configured to route fluid to the first end in the hot liquid mode and to the second end in the steam mode; and wherein fluid routed to the end yield hot liquid via a liquid nozzle connected to the first exit, and wherein fluid routed to the second end yield steam via the second exit.

    • An electric heating assembly for use with an electric kettle or similar liquid heating apparatus has a resistance heating wire disposed within a metal sheath and connected to pins which project from respective ends of the sheath. A temperature sensitive cut-out device is connected in thermal transfer relationship to a sleeve or liner of thermally conductive material which is fitted into the element sheath at one end thereof in thermal transfer relationship with the inner surface of the sheath. The sleeve or liner extends into the sheath a sufficient distance to surround a heated portion of the resistance heating wire adjacent its connection to the inner end of the respective pin.

    • Steam heating used with conventional heating techniques achieves a rapid boiling point. An intelligent electronic control system which uses sensors placed at various points in the system to monitor and/or control cooking, interacts with the Internet to determine cooking steps, powers embedded electronics in vessels by RF energy, and adjusts the heating temperatures of the contents of the vessel as a function of time. A stove will provide configurable tubes with a coupling unit at their end to attach various steam wands easily moved into position that provide this steam to vessels placed on a grill. Delicate cooking of comestibles can be achieved by maintaining a controlled temperature or cycling the temperature to maximize cooking without losing significant nutrients of the comestibles. Small coupling holes introduce steam at the bottom surface of a vessel to efficiently cook comestibles. The coupling holes have a radius which stratifies the Young-Laplace equation.
