摘要： A product display is providing having a vertical support and a product basket configured to mount to the vertical support and display product in a front-facing manner in which product from a rear of the product basket is automatically biased toward a front of the product basket, wherein at least one of the vertical support and the product basket are configured to display a particular product in order to improve product pack out in at least one of a vertical and a horizontal direction within the product display. In one form, both the basket and vertical support are dimensioned or sized based on the specific product being displayed so that product pack out is improved, if not maximized, in both the vertical and horizontal direction.

The compressor is configured to circulate a cooling fluid through the refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant circuit has an inlet line fluidly connecting the condenser to the evaporator and a suction line fluidly connecting the evaporator to the compressor. A heater is positioned to heat the cooling fluid during a defrost mode, and a pressure control is coupled to the refrigerant circuit downstream of the evaporator. In the defrost mode, the pressure control apparatus is configured to increase system pressure during the defrost mode to maintain flow of refrigerant into the evaporator and to control flow of cooling fluid to the compressor.

摘要： A refrigerated case includes a case body including a top panel, a rear panel, and a bottom that cooperate to define a display space, a portion of a refrigeration system disposed in the case and operable to cool a flow of air, and a first air passage positioned to direct the flow of air near the top panel from the rear panel generally toward a front of the case. A one piece holder is positioned to receive the flow of air adjacent the front of the case, the one piece holder formed as a unitary component using a PVC foam material and arranged to accelerate and redirect the flow of air in a downward direction toward the bottom, and a filter member is at least partially supported by the holder and positioned to receive the flow of air in the downward direction and to redirect that flow into the display space.

摘要： The invention relates to a refrigerating shelving unit, particularly a refrigerating shelf (KR1) for cooling and displaying products to be refrigerated in a cooling chamber (KR1M), including an access region via which the products to be refrigerated are accessible, and a refrigerating device (KR1KE) which includes a condenser (VF) and a compressor (KOM). According to the invention, it is provided that the condenser (VF) is arranged at least partially within the refrigerating shelf (KR1) and in the upper region (HR1) thereof and that the compressor (KOM) is arranged within the refrigerating shelf (KRI) in the lower region (VR) thereof. As a result, interfering noise emissions are reduced and, simultaneously, the packaging of the refrigerating shelving unit at the manufacturing site and the transport to the site of use are simplified.

摘要： A preferred embodiment utilizes the waste heat from a refrigerant cycle to aid in the removal of condensate from a refrigerated case used primarily by grocery stores. Certain embodiments use a heating element to boil off condensate or a pump to remove the condensate. Another embodiment utilizes a wicking element and a shroud that directs hot air from the condenser through the wick thereby increasing the condensate evaporation rate. Yet another embodiment utilizes the hot gas tube from the refrigeration system routed through the bottom of the condensate tray to pre-heat the condensate to accelerate evaporation. Alternative embodiments combine certain features to create even more efficient system such as a heating element used with the wick system or the hot gas system used with the wick system. In some embodiments, a mold and mildew inhibitor is added to the condensate to maintain cleanliness.

The heat exchanger includes a circuit defined by a heat exchanger section including a plurality of tubes that define a flow path, a reheat section including a reheat tube, and a connecting tube fluidly connecting the flow path of the heat exchanger section with the reheat tube. Air flows over the plurality of tubes of the heat exchanger section and rejects heat to a refrigerant flowing through the plurality of tubes to heat the refrigerant. The heated refrigerant then flows through the reheat tube. As the air passes over the reheat tube, the air accepts heat from the heated refrigerant flowing through the reheat tube.
